I woke up feeling hungry, my tummy won't stop rumbling.  Kene wasn't on his side of the bed. 

"Is that your stomach?" I suddenly heard him ask. 

He was sitting on the black leather couch that was a little bit far from his bed with his ankle crossed over the opposite knee, an HP laptop was on his laps and he was typing away furiously on it. He was wearing the shorts of the pyjamas he called ugly yesterday. We were both matching now.

"Yes, when you refused to feed me last night" I accused.

"Oh, I actually thought, it was about to rain" he joked. 

"I'm hungry " I whined softly, pushing the duvet away. 

"Relax, I already got us something to eat" he said still typing
