Dante gazed at them for a while and he was lost in his sorrow. He never thought a day like this would come when he would see Olivia relish the arms of another man.

"I feel like my heart is being ripped apart and everything that I care for is gone. From my Alpha title, my pack, family, people and now my mate. I've lost everything," Dante said, looking away from them.

"Alpha, you still have me." Diego said with a small smile on his lips. "I will always stand by your side and I promise never leave you,"

Dante would have smiled at his assistant and friend, but the pain in his heart wouldn't let him. He was too hurt to feel any kind of happiness.

"You shouldn't waste your time with me. You should move on and be with a woman who would love you. Be free from the bondage of my misery. Olivia has done the same,"
