Lisa sat opposite Jessie sat the very expensive restaurant he had taken her to.

Only elites and top celebrities visited the restaurant.

"So we are here now. Can you answer my questions?" She asked after they had placed their orders.

"Initially, I only wanted a taste of a simple life when I started working for your mother... But then I just got immersed in the job and your mom? She's such an amazing person. I couldn't leave even though I knew I didn't need the money.

Lisa quickly shifted her gaze when he said that. His gaze was suddenly making her feel self-conscious.

"How are you so rich if you don't work?"

Lisa asked him.

"My mother was from a wealthy home. Her parents left her all their wealth when they died in a car crash. And she left me everything when she died," He said, not bothering to add other details.
