Later when Lloyd got home, and that was almost immediately she had that little conversation with Regina, she continued with her anger session, transferring her anger at basically everyone.

"What the hell is going on, really! It doesn't make sense!" Lloyd spat out her rage freely at her son. "I don't understand. How was Regina able to influence...how did she even know who Mr Royce was! It was supposed to be confidential. Did you tell her about this?"

Dan's face was a mask of fury. How dare that man talk to him like that! He had no right over Regina, because why will he boast that he was going to support and stand by her till the end, and that Dan should stop seeing her again. How dare him speak to Dan like that?

"Why do you think I would tell Regina about something like that!" It was an effort to control his rage. Lloyd didn't even mind at the point, that he was trying to talk back to her. She crashed on the couch, hands buried in her head.
