Breakfast Ruined

MABEL POV

I stayed late at the club waiting for Natasha and Lily to step out so we can leave together.

What Sandra said the other time flashed in and I just scoffed.

Lily was right, that girl is acting a little bit weird today, she rat out the words I said about Stefan, and now I keep hoping my parent doesn't hear about what happened.

I checked time on my phone and it's almost midnight. I will enter that toilet and drag them out if they don't come out in the next five minutes

I came out of the club and went to stood beside a wall, the club building. No cab is passing by, it looks like tonight I'm going to trek home. I came with a car but I sent my driver home, an hour ago.

I packed my loosed hair and folded my arms then placed it beneath my boobs. I took a step but stopped abruptly when I heard a voice.

That voice, I recognized it instantly. Sandra's voice.

"Stefan. Stefan." Sandra called him. I looked at her to see a deep look in her eyes.

Why is she still lurking around by this time?? Wait, she did not even come to us and apology for what she did earlier.

I watched as Stefan turned back to look at Sandra who stood behind him "What's up?" I heard him ask her in a calm voice.

From where I stood, I could tell he's drunk already but what's Sandra trying to play.

"Did you remember me? I'm the girl in the room." Sandra stared at him with anxiousness written all over her face and Stefan laughed inwardly.

"Why are you here, you want to fuck?" Stefan asked her bluntly.

I watched as Sandra smiled happily as she moved closer to him

"I don't want to fuck only, I want something more." Sandra flirted back which caused my eyes to widen in shock at where I was watching them.

What did I just hear right now??

Did Sandra rat me out earlier to ruin my image in front of Stefan so she can fuvk with him however she like.

I bet if Natasha and Lily are here right now, they are going to pull off her hair but anyways, he's definitely going to accept the offer.

I took a step to walk out from where I stood, and was about to take another step when his voice stopped me that I doesn't know when I turned around immediately.

I watched him enter his vehicle and drove away, I stood transfixed and glanced at my left hand side as his car drove pass my side with our eyes meeting for a seconds.

The club door opened and Natasha came out with Lily.

"Mabel!" Natasha called, jumping joyfully.

She's drunk already.

Sandra gave me a quick glance and I gave her a scoff in return. She looked at Natasha and Lily then went inside the club.

"Mabel, is she okay?"

"I think she's taking drugs already so she's high on them" I replied.

A cab passed by, and I flagged it down, and the three of us both hopped inside the car.

Lily told him her home address, Natasha is drunk already so that means she will have to sleep over at her place.

I faced the window and what happened between Stefan and Sandra replayed in my head. I could not believe, my mind and heart is not ready to believe it.

So I was wrong, he's not a play thing like I had thought. Maybe being a pornstar doesn't mean he is a playboy but that won't change the fact that he is a pornstar and public view, everyone has watched him and see everything. That alone sucks!

A hand touched my shoulder jolting me out of my thought. I glanced at my right hand side to see Lily staring at me innocently.

"What's wrong??, I have been calling you for long" Lily said, and I looked away.

The car has alighted in front of her house and I guess she was calling me to bade me a good farewell.

"Sorry, I was occupied with somethings"

"Don't think too much, see you tomorrow" Lily added and dragged Natasha out of the car who kept mumbling gibberish out of her mouth.

As the girls left, I told the cab driver my home address and he resumed driving while I buried myself back into my thoughts.

Minutes later, the car pulled up in front of a gigantic gate. I hopped down and gave him some cash before going inside the house.

I entered the main building and saw the light switched off. Everyone is asleep already. I took off my heels and went upstairs inside my room to see an image, I screamed immediately.

My mom. Gosh, she scared me.

She stood up at the sight me and came to hug me tightly as if her life depended on it. She stroked my hair, and the heels I held fell off from my hand, landing on the floor.

"Mabel please consider the offer" Mom pleaded.

"Was that why you are yet to sleep?" I asked and she nodded.

"I was waiting for you but you took long, I concluded that you won't come home tonight, I have decided that I will go to the police station and lodge a complain about a missing daughter " Mom said and I chuckled at her words.

"Your daughter is fine"

"She chuckled at me then break off the hug as she made me seat on the bed. she held my hand then squeezed it gently as she smiled at me.

"Are you okay??"

"Please accept the offer" Mom replied and I exhaled deeply.

"I will marry him" I said and her eyes widened, almost bulging out.

"Are you serious, Mabel?" She questioned and I just nodded cleaning the tears that was almost dripping from my eyes, this is not the life I want but what can I do?, I can't just watch what my parents had build up for so long go down just like that.

She hugged me smiling brightly then stood up. "You have a breakfast with him tomorrow so get ready okay"

Mom left and I shut her eyes, retiring to bed without taking off my dress and accessories leaving the tears there too.

STEFAN'S POV

The next morning, I felt a banging headache as I rolled on the bed nonstop. The sun reflecting on it is not helping the situation instead it's making it worse as I kept groaning nonstop.

I forcefully opened my eyes and got down from the bed as I walked towards the washroom. I had my bath and sluggishly came out with towel round my waist.

I walked to my dressing room, Mirabel gesture at me to come closer and I followed her and ended finding myself out my bedroom.

That was an illusion, I can't get over the fact that I have lost Mirabel. She was the best girlfriend and forgetting her death is hard for me.

And now, my mom wants me to get married to a girl, a gold digger that thinks I have sexual transmitted infection. She's even asking if I have no disease when my mom wants to use me to lift her family up.

A voice brought me back to reality and I looked up to see my mom in front of me smiling, wearing a faint smile.

"Who let you in?" I asked.

"Is that your good morning"

"You want me to greet you when you are planning to use me for your own unknown selfish desire" I fired back at her and she turned around and headed downstairs.

"Get dressed, I will be waiting for you downstairs" Mom left and I let out a scoff.

I went back inside my room and wore my clothes, a casual dress then went downstairs to meet Mom with, Mabel, the little gold digger.

She saw me and rolled her eyes, I maintained a stern face ignoring her facial greeting as I walked towards the dining table to see a lot of dishes.

"Why will you bring a stranger to my house" I quieried and Mom smiled at me as she came to dining room with Mabel.

I sat on one of the dining chairs staring at them. Mom and Mabel took a seat and Mom pointed at Mabel.

"You need to start treating her as your wife"

"You mean your wife right, the wife you picked for me without even giving me the chance to mourn Mirabel, to respect her departure" I yelled angrily because I couldn't hold the pains inwardly anymore.

Mabel looked at my mom then glanced at me.

"She was your girlfriend not wife so why mourning her for long huh!!, Forget about her and focus on your wife. She's gone and gone, and will never come back" Mom blurted out and I stared at her in disbelief wondering where that came out from.

Gosh!, I can't believe those words is coming out from her. I get the fact that she might not be in a good mood yesterday but I thought today will be different but I'm wrong. I'm really going to marry this gold digger, okay then I will give them a prize for choosing me.

"Should I excuse the two of you so you can talk better" Mom questioned and a frown lingered on my face.

"No, I will be the one to excuse the two of you" Mom uttered and stood up then left the house.

"Follow her immediately" That was her last statement before leaving the dining room completely.

"I thought I was here to know you better" Mabel stated, tilting her neck sideway in an innocent way.

"There's nothing to know better, just get out with her" I lashed at her angrily, I am not ready for all these and they are getting on my nerves right now.

"I'm not leaving!, Hey stop acting like I also like this, I hate all these brat!" She ranted and I hissed.

"Do you want me to fuck you just like what your friend requested for? I heard birds of the same feathers flocks together" I asked and her expression remained the same, the smirk on her face never left her face.

"Why didn't you fuck her. You are pornstar or wait, do pornstar select girls, gosh that won't be fun" She said all of a sudden and I placed my hands at both ears.

She chuckled and started eating. I watched her eat to her satisfaction and she stood up gulping water down.

"Now you are done eating get out or I throw you out" I pointed at the door for her to calmly leave before I loose it.

"Like you can " She replied.

My phone chimed loudly, an incoming call from Owen. I picked the call "Hey check the news "

The call disconnected, and I went to the living room. I switched on the TV and a news came up.

It's talking about Mirabel's death with the anchor asking if I'm not heatless.

The TV went off and I removed my eyes from the TV to see Mabel holding the TV remote.

She dropped it on the table and exhaled loudly.

"I hate TV, too loud and disgusting" She speculated and I felt like giving her a slap that minute, she was luck enough because I don't hit girls, they are fragile.

"Why did you switch it off??" She glanced at me then sat on the sofa.

"There's no rule so..." Her eyes rolled.

"Okay, I'm giving you a rule now, don't t....."

"Arghhh, I hate stupid rules " She cut me off and my eyes widened.

"S....St.... Stupid rules!"

"Yes, it's stupid, the first word ain't catchy at all so it's stupid and boring" She sipped her drink like she owned the Mansion.

My eyes widened more. She's not only a gold digger but an animal too. I will qualify her as a horse who act innocent but stubborn.

"I don't want to see you here again" I went closer to her because I wanted her to leave this minute, she is so crazy.

"My father's debt" She said. I'm sure those words came out without her realizing.

"And you are a po..." She paused and looked away immediately.

"Porn star with transmitted disease, just say it out you this gold digger" I fired back at her, I left her side and began walking towards the stairs when her voice stopped me.

"Don't forget to kill yourself" She reminded me acting like what she said moved me and will make me hurt myself.

Not even a horse but a crazy human, I shooked my head, can't believe this is the person my mom want me to get married to, such a nuisance!

"You are just a sly fox" I savaged her and continue my walk.

My phone rang and I picked it without checking it.

"There's a CCTV that caught someone causing a break failure to Mirabel's car"
