Karissa's POV.

"It's time to prepare the best, Sarah…." I urged as my face brightened before Sarah.

With great joy, happiness, and gladness, I made sure I prepared the best meal for both Marcello and his close friend who was coming to visit for the first time since we got married.

I wasn't sure why he was coming though but one thing was for sure, which is that I was preparing the meal to Marcello's taste and not Elvis because I barely knew him that much nor what he liked.

If Marcello was to love me as my sister, then I needed to be the best cook ever. Getting to his stomach first as a wife wouldn't be that awful or bad.

"You look so excited doing this Ma. This should be the first time I'm seeing you smile this way when you are preparing something for Sir. Marcello". Sarah uttered as she must have noticed the zeal and level of prudence I had in me while preparing the meal.
