I stared at her while she glared at me.

Is she being serious right now?

“You're gonna regret that!” I growled and made to launch myself at her when Allistair walked in along with benzo.

“Boss!” Both of them called shockingly and I turned to them, veins stretching in my eyes due to the anger.

“Calm down!” Alistair said and immediately went to help Brenda up.

“Boss, are you okay?” Benzo asked and I just knew that he was referring to the veins in my eyes.

“I'm fine!” I mumbled, glaring one more time at Brenda before walking out.

“Hope you sleep and don't wake up, kaden!” I heard her sneer but I said nothing, walking out fully.

I went to my suite immediately and took out my medicine, placing the capsule in my mouth and swallowing with difficulty.

“I still hate it, every fùcking time!” I mumbled, going to the drawing on the clock that was on the wall.
