29 A Changed Rule

"Should I ask him?" Elaina thought for some time. But it was better to keep silent, as her love train had just caught the track. It would not be reasonable to disturb Aaron. She was still thinking about Allyssa when Aaron emerged from the room.

"Remove your clothes, babe," Aaron whispered while stroking his shaft over the towel. She lowered her gaze and whispered, "I got my period."

"What the fuck," Aaron made his way toward the bathroom.

"Where are you going?" Elaina asked, dumbfounded.

"To take a bath," He snorted, disappointed.

"But you just had..." Her words remained under her throat. She swallowed, hearing his reply before proceeding, "The cold one."

She hid her face with a pillow and tried to sleep. Her goofy smile was not disappearing from her face. Meanwhile, her phone buzzed. She picked it up immediately.

"Hey, Mom," She hopped out of the bed.

"Hey, Elaina, have you packed your stuff and Aaron's?" Myra asked while checking her bags.

"Yeah, Mom," Elaina chirped jovially. A sigh escaped from her mouth, thinking about India's trip to Aiden and Pihoo's wedding. A silent tear formed in her eyes. She was missing her family, especially her mother. Her love, care, and memories with her mother flashed through her blurred vision.

"Inform Aaron that we are leaving tomorrow," Myra reminded her.

"Okay, Mom," Elaina retorted in a low tone. Somewhere, Myra mapped her sadness through her voice, but it was better not to talk over the phone. She hung up the call, "Night, sweetie."

"Night, Mom," Elaina tried to keep her voice happy. Unfortunately, she failed. She checked the time; it would be morning there in India. She dialled someone's number.

"Hey, you... chudail ( Witch), where were you lost?" The girl from the other side shouted, tearing Elaina's ears.

"Just calm..." Elaina tried to speak, but the girl seized her voice with another shout, "Are you feeling a little ashamed about your task? How did you dare to fly without me? And that is too far. You are a shameless girl who didn't even make a call after reaching there. I don't want to hear a single thing from you."

"Misha... I'm sorry, n yaar," Elaina made a puppy face. Misha hung up the call due to anger. Her eyes also turned teary. Her throat filled with saliva and choked her up.

Elaina made a new call; this time, it was a video call. Misha picked up the call with the same face, covered with anger and eyes filled with tears. She tried to look at the other side, but her tears couldn't be hidden from Elaina. Elaina's eyes started drizzling as she saw Misha after many months.

Both friends cried over video call silently. Finally, Misha broke the silence, wiping off the tears and cleared her throat, "Now, stop crying. Chudail rote huye achchi nhi lagti (Witch does not look better while crying)."

Elaina laughed and wiped off her tears, "Shut up. You, Bandariya (Monkey)."

Both girls laughed. Misha asked, "Tell me, how is everything going? Are you happy there?"

"Everything is fine, and yes, I'm happy," Elaina said shyly. She made her way toward the foyer. She was expecting Aaron to come out of the bathroom now.

"Does he love you? How is he? As you expected?" Misha had a lot of questions. She shoots all at once.

"Well, still arrogant and cold-hearted," Elaina replied, walking into the foyer. The words flowed from her mouth, and she whirled to face Aaron. Her eyes widened, and she changed the language of talking. She and Misha were Punjabi, so they started talking in Punjabi.

Elaina was crossing her fingers that Aaron didn't hear her calling him arrogant and cold-hearted. Aaron started checking his phone, pretending he had nothing to do with her call. Misha talked a lot about Elaina's family and their situation. Misha also told her about Ishan and his madness in finding Elaina.

At last, Elaina told Misha, "Mishi... I'm coming to India."

"Will you come to meet us in Delhi?" Misha asked happily with a big hope.

"Will try, but not sure," Elaina replied, peeking at Aaron. But Aaron was so busy with his phone. She felt a little relieved as he was busy.

As Elaina hung up the call, Aaron ordered, "You should sleep early, because of your period. You must take rest."

"Hmm," Elaina made her way toward the bed. She whirled, "Mom said to inform you that we are leaving for India tomorrow."

Aaron was still checking his phone without any expression. Elaina waited for a second but didn't get any reply from him. She muttered, "Mr Jerk."

As Elaina disappeared, Aaron slid the phone into his pocket. He smirked, "I'm coming, buddy. Let's see what you can do." A mischievous smile spread over his face. He muttered dryly, "So many incomplete tasks should be done this time."

After a few minutes, when he returned to the bed, Elaina was already sleeping with a hot water bag on her lower belly. He muttered irritably, "Why the hell did God create such trouble for women?"

He slept next to Elaina and looked at the ceiling. He had witnessed the pain of women when he saw his mother passing through this. At that time, he didn't understand more about it, but when Amelia passed through this, he took great care of Amelia and Myra.

He thought for a few more minutes and whirled to Elaina. Pulling Elaina close to his body, he started caressing her belly slowly. Elaina snapped open her eyes and looked at Aaron. Their gazes met for a while, but Aaron made her eyes closed and wished, "Night."

"Good... night," Elaina whispered shyly.

Both of them fell asleep. Time doesn't care about anything. It flows on in its schedule. There was no change in time, but life turned for the worse. Something was waiting for Aaron in India. No one was aware of what was going to happen.

The next day, while getting on the private plane. Aaron looked at Angad. Angad understood there was a new task for him. He alerted himself and showed that he was ready.

"Angad, something must be missing in our information. This time, you are free to find out about her," Aaron said, looking at Elaina, sitting beside the window and maybe chitchatting with Amelia or Elliot.

"About whom, boss?" Angad asked, dumbfounded. He was so lost and couldn't get about whom Aaron was talking.

"Are you serious?" Aaron irritated. Aaron looked at Elaina again, and Angad trailed his gaze. He sighed, "Okay, Boss."

Aaron and Angad climbed the plane last. As they sat, the plane took off. Elaina was busy reading a book. Aaron was active with his laptop. Aiden and Pihoo were checking the wedding planner's video, which he had sent them to check out the preparation. Pihoo wanted to make a lot of changes after watching this.

Ruhi, Myra, Aiden and Peter were also busy making guest lists. Amelia and Elliot were free. They were wandering here and there in the plane. Elaina was sitting alone, so Amelia and Elliot came close to her. Amelia asked, "Can we sit here?"

"I think you already sat," Elaina looked up, closing the book.

'Yeah, but no one is free for us," Amelia pouted. She asked rapidly, "Let's play something."

"What could be played in the plane?" Elaina kept the book aside.

"Ludo," Elliot said.

Amelia glared at him. Elliot shrugged off, "Obviously, Sister-in-law might not play Minecraft or Freefire."

"Okay, fine, stop fighting," Elaina interrupted, saying, "Let's play Ludo."

"fine," Amelia pulled a tablet and launched the game. After a few minutes, they were busy while playing Ludo. They were making a considerable noise and enjoying it a lot. Aiden and Pihoo also joined them. After a few rounds, Amilia suggested, "Let's play in a team."

"I and Ami will be partners," Elliot chirped.

"I and Pihoo," Aiden chirped next.

"Then, I quit from here," Elaina said in a low tone. She could not call Aaron to play Ludo. He seemed busy with work.

"Why would you quit?" Pihoo said in a low tone. She gazed at Aaron and whispered, "Go and call him."

"Shut up, he would chew us raw," Ami replied.

"You should try to call him Elliot," Elaina raised a brow and picked up her book.

"No," Amelia snatched a book from Elaina's hand and kept it aside. They were literally quarrelling to call Aaron. Myra noticed that. She asked, "What's going on there?"

"Well, Mom. We are playing a game. We need a partner for Elaina. Can you please send brother here," Aiden replied with a mischievous smile. Aaron was not so far; he whirled to glare at Aiden. Did he look - seriously? Everyone stole their gazes and started looking here and there, not to face Aaron.

Elaina shrugged off as if she was showing she wasn't part of it. Meanwhile, Aaron's laptop was snatched by Myra. She gestured, "Go and join them."

"Mom," Aaron pouted like a kid. He asked, "Seriously?"

"I'm damn serious," Myra made her way toward Austin and Peter, who were laughing at Aaron.

Unwantedly, Aaron had to join the game. They played many games, and most of all were won by Aaron and Elaina. Aiden whiepred, "Elaina, you are pro at Ludo."

"Now, I'm up. This is not fair; she only wins," Amelia pouted, making her face like a puppy.

Aaron softly chuckled and was about to get up, but Aiden made him sit again. He said, "Sit, brother. Let's spend some sibling time."

"Not a bad idea," Pihoo said jovially.

Elliot started talking about a boy who was chasing Amelia in the school. Amelia blushed as Elliot mentioned, "How much he cares for Amelia.

"A boy?" Aaron shouted with wide opened eyes. He angrily spat, "Who is that guy? Give me every single detail about him."

"Ssshhhh," Elaina calmed him and gestured for him to stay silent. But he is Aaron, when something comes to his family and that about his sister, he would burn the world alive.

"Which type of brothers do I have?" Amelia pouted. She complained, "This Elliot is the biggest idiot. He always roams around me and never gives a weird look to all the guys. No boy looks at me, seeing this Demon around me."

Aiden and Aaron laughed at their sister's cute complaints. The trio loves Amelia the most. If anything happens to Amelia, Arron and Aiden would kill Elliot for not caring for her at school. Elliot said, "He doesn't look so good. He has a sharp nose like a parrot's beak and eyes like a cat's. We want a prince for you, not a simple fellow."

"Look," Amelia pouted. The topic goes deeper and deeper. Aaron was just hearing the conversation. Aiden, Elaina, and Pihoo took a whole part in the conversation. When everyone was tired, Aiden and Pihoo left to take some rest. There is still time to land in Delhi.

Elliot and Amelia went to eat snacks. Elaina again picked up her book, but Aaron took it from her hand and looked at the cover. He whispered the book's title, "Twisted Love, by Anna Huang."

He kept the book aside and said, "You should rest."

"You also need some rest," Elaina matched her gaze with him.

Aaron sighed and said, "You have become so close to my siblings. I have never heard a lot of things from Ami before. Maybe, Aiden hears."

"All of them are open books; you just need to spend time with them," Elaina said in a low tone. Myra noticed them from a distance—a sweet smile formed. Aaron softly returned the smile and pulled her close to him. He rubbed her belly and asked, "How are you feeling now?"

"Much better," She replied with short smile. He hid her face in his chest and made her sleep in his arms.

Aaron doesn't know he is changing nowadays. A drastic change has been made in his life, unknowingly. He kissed on her forehead.

"No face-to-face, no kissing, only fuck - it was my rule. You changed my rule book, Mrs black," Aaron whispered, looking at his sleeping beauty.
