Chapter Eight

The car ride back was a rather tense one because Matthews was afraid of what Kiara might think of him when Chaos tells her what was wrong.

Kiara was worried that someone had done something to Chaos and was scared because should Chaos decide to pay him or her back, all hell would break loose.

Chaos was lost in her thoughts thinking of all the ways she could make Alpha River suffer without killing him.

This continued till Kiara couldn’t take it anymore.

Turning in her seat at the front, she asked softly;

“What is wrong Kay?”

“My mate has a lover” Chaos replied bluntly causing Kiara to gasp and Matthews to flinch

“What! How?” Kiara asked confused

“Well I walked in on them the second day I arrived. Discussing whether they were going to quit their ongoing relationship or not. They decided not to quit and my mate’s lover, Tricia said what I didn’t know won’t hurt me. But too bad I know and now I’m going to hurt them”

“She… she said that?” Matthews asked with surprise as he was hearing
