Margaux (Xyna's part)

[Part 2 of Set 1]

I was woken by the loud chirping of the birds. I rubbed my eyes before getting up and go to the bathroom to take a bath and brush my teeth.

After I took a bath, I immediately put my uniform on and tied my hair into a ponytail, I also applied a little powder on my face. I'm not using any lipstick or liptint, because it's not necesarry—my lips are pinkish enough.

Just as I was coming down the stairs, I could hear the loud guffaw of mom, dad and my youngest brother Liam.

Hades Liam Hutchinson, that's his name. I don't want to call him Hades, because it sounds demonic. You know, Hades the evil god of underworld in greek mythology.

When I finally got down the stairs, they greeted me in unison.

“Good morning.” I greeted back with a straight face, before sitting on the seat next to Liam.

As I start eating, they still didn't stop guffawing as they're looking back at their pasts, as well as when we were young.

For goodness sake, we were in front of the food, but they're laughing so hard as if there's no tomorrow. It's not that it's a bad thing. But-argh!

I'm not a kill joy person. Honestly, I'm louder than them when we're not eating.

“Braid, aren't you excited? This was your first day at school, right?” Dad asked.

I nod. “It's not that I wasn't excited dad, it's just that today is just all about introducing” I said with a bored tone.

“But your presence or attendance is still counted. It was not a good impression to your classmates especially to your proffesors if you've absent on your very first day. And didn't you said that your new year's resolution is to perfect your attendance?” I sighed and nodded. Dad was right.

“Yes dad,” I smiled at him and he did the same. I continued eating again, while dad talk with mom and Liam again.

When I finished eating, I waited for my younger brother Liam to finish eating.

‘He knows we have a class and yet he still blabbering there, other than finishing his food immediately, tsk!’

We are studying at the same university. But, I'm in the college department, while he was in high school. I'm 3 years older than him.

“I'm done eating, my beautiful sister!” Liam vigorously said while wiping his mouth using the table napkin. I playfully rolled my eyes on him and giggle.

“Okay, let's go!” He grabbed his bag and slung it over his shoulder. I took mine also and slung it over my shoulder. Liam's bag color is blue while mine is black. I don't know I just love black.

We headed to the parking lot to use my car. Liam was still young to drive, so he doesn't have his driver's license yet. He is only 16, I am 19. He must reach 18 years old so he could drive freely.

Liam sat in the shotgun seat. While I sat at the driver's seat of course.

I insert the car key to the key hole and started the engine and left the mansion, heading our way to the university— to Diamond Skyle University.

"And ... cut!" the assistant director shout and clap the clapper. I parked my car.

I went to the place where the other actors and actresses stands. It's not good to be out-of-place you know, but it's not that big deal to me.

The Assistant Director walk towards our direction. “Great job, guys! The director will be happy, because you act very excellent. The laughter of Margaux's family, looks like real or genuine. And the face expression of Xyna is suitable for the emotions of her character—Margaux. Director Benjamin really did not mistaken for chosing you all! Excelent job!” she happily said.

I mentally grinned. They say, if you want the movie to be successful, you must feel or understand what your character feels, so that the scenes and lines can penetrate the hearts of the viewers.

Miss Faith stoop when her phone rang, it's Director Benjamin.

“Hello Director, we're done.... The next scene set 2 is at Diamond Skyle University, right? We'll be heading there now, was it okay...? Okay" then she hung up.

She faced us. “We'll be going to Diamond Skyle University for set 2,”

“Okay we'll go as its planned, Dwyne's car will enter the university first, he will go to the parking lot and park it. After a few seconds Xyna will be the next to enter. Maybe count 8 seconds before you enter the university. After it is the rest. Just wait for my signal before you enter the scene. You already knew the lines and scenes where you'll enter the scene, don't you? So, you already know what to do after you successfullyd parked your respective cars. I trust all of you that you can make your acting like a natural scene”

“Yes, Director Benj.” we said in unison.

And then, we prepared again and followed what was planned. We are just waiting for the signal when will we start.

“Take 1 Set 2! 1 ... 2 ... 3 action!” Director Benj shout as he used the clapper to signalled us.

When we saw the signal, we prepared ourselves. Dwyne together with his so-called sister enter the University.

I have to count 8 seconds like what the director's said.

1...2...3...4...

I insert the key to the key hole again, and started the engine.

5...6...7...8...

As I finished counting the given amount of seconds that I had to count, I immedietely drove towards the academy together with my so-called brother.

I smirked.

‘Action's starts now. Hello and nice to meet you again, Margaux Braid. Bye-bye for now Xyna Alegre’

I parked my car on the parking lot. Then we got out of my car.

“Liam, do you want me to take you to your class” I asked. He shooked his head.

“No need, Margaux. I'm big already. I can go myself” I chuckled and pat his head. Yeah, he's already big now.

“Hey lil bro, even though you're big now. Don't you dare to cut your classes. If I heard that you cut your classes, you will get a punch in the face. And I also will tell it to mom and dad.” I threatened him. He grimaced.

“You're really an amazona, Margaux. Of course, I will not cut my classes. I'm a good boy!” he said and place his index finger and thumb under his chin.

I grinned at him and messed up his hair. “Let's go.”

We started walking towards our respective destinations. Liam went to the Highschool Building, and I went to the College Department of course.
