Kristoff drove as fast as he could, breaking through stoplights and almost causing a crash.

All on his mind was Chance, as he imagined the worst likely outcome.

First, he thought that he would find Chance on one of the railings, ready to jump, but he saved him in the nick of time.

Next, he imagined that Chance was either drugged up or drunk in an abandoned alley, badly beaten.

"Where are you, Chance?" Kristoff questioned again, changing gears as he turned a corner.

Kristoff slowed down, then reversed after seeing the back of someone. After taking a good look, he realised that it was someone else.

Kristoff sighed, gripped the steering wheel, then relaxed back into his seat.

He wished Chance knew how much he missed and truly cared for him; he wanted it to be good between them again.

He never knew he loved someone until the time he spent apart from Chance. It almost drove him mad. Well, now he was going mad because he didn't know
