Chapter 7: I like you, period!

Margarette's POV

Alpha Kayden pulled the woman's hand away from me. He was damn angry right now and that made me so nervous. 

"Can't you understand what I told you? Don't laid your hands to my mate!" He exclaimed angrily and that made the woman to be teared eyes. She look too helpless and I do understand why this is happening. Those girls were obsessed with him. 

"She's really the main reason why our Alpha is too mad with her." 

"Can she just get rid of Alpha Kayden?" 

"She's trying to seduce him, that's for sure." 

Those words came out from the student's lips which I heard and most specially with my classmates which breaks my heart. I never dreamed to be bash by them because of Kayden.

Without Alpha Kayden's prior knowledge, I have decided to turned back and run away from them. I couldn't digest all those hateful words they throw towards me. I do not want my classmate and everybody to gossips me. I do not want to be attacked. 

I came here to study peacefully away from the place I stayed before. And now, my peaceful living will be disturb again because of this damn womanizer.

I went out of the school and went to the back through the woods. Tears rolled down to my cheeks as I was hurt to hear those hurtful words from them. 

I sat down quickly when I saw one bench in the middle of the woods. I tried to calmed my nerves and avoid to think of him. Suddenly, he appeared in front of me that made me shocked. 

I can't believe that he follow me in here. Alpha Kayden know my whereabouts and now, I could feel my heart beat too fast because of him. 

"Why did you run, Margarette?" He asked that made me to heaved out a deep breath. 

"You know what Alpha Kayden, this is not right. I am not the one for you. Did you hear what the other wolves told me?" I asked that made his brows to furrowed. He was about to held my hand when I stop him. 

"Please, stay away from me." I warned him. 

"I thought we talked about this already, Margarette. You told me that you're going to accept me?" He asked that made me to heaved a deep breath. 

"I want to but the students starts to hate me. Two women attacked me this day because of you. I don't know Kayden but I want peace and that's the main reason why I was here." I stated which made him to sighed. 

"I will be there beside you, Margarette. I won't let them to hurt you because as long as I was beside you, rest assured that I will protect you if it's against my pack. Please believe me, I won't let them to bashed you." He said sincerely towards me and my heart reacts with that. I wanted to jumped in happiness because of what he uttered. 

"Please tell me, why are you forcing me to be with you where in fact, there's numerous of she wolf in the academy, Kayden? Please tell me, why does you chose me?" I asked confusedly that made him to smirk. I couldn't help but be nervous of his sudden reaction. The womanizer Alpha started to step his legs towards me while on the other hand, it seems like I couldn't move my body to avoid him. He cornered me again by holding my waist. 

"I don't like them. I and my wolf choose you because of one reason…" He paused for a while and I couldn't help but to be excited by the continuation of his sentence. "I like you, period." He continued that made my heart pounded too fast in nervousness.

Am I hearing it right?

Does the womanizer Alpha admitted towards me that he likes me? Oh damn, it seems like my heart wanted to came out from my ribcage because of how quick it beats, right now. 

"Why do you like me?" I asked of a sudden and that made Alpha Kayden to take my lips. I was shocked when I felt his lips to mine again but then later on that, I closed my eyes and responds to his kiss. I tried to hold his shirt tightly to help me prevent from falling down the ground. 

Alpha Kayden is making my legs tremble in nervousness. He was making me so damn, melting. 

"I hope this clears to you now, Margarette. You're not just my mate but I also like you. Among all women in this school, you caught my eyes and it feels like, I do not want to take off my eyes on you." He continued and I'm just so speechless hearing those words from him. 

"I don't know what to say, Kayden." I said trying to avoid his gaze but then Kayden, held my chin. He looked at me deep into my eyes. 

"You don't need to say anything towards me. Just let me take good care of everything, Margarrete. I want you to stay beside me and don't mind them because if I heard that they bashed you, I will transformed to a monster." He said and I couldn't help but to smiled secretly from what he said. 

The woamanizer's words were making my heart so happy. And maybe, there's nothing wrong of trusting him. I feel like Alpha Kayden will protect me and I should trust him. 

"Let's go back in the room now." I said and start to walked my feet out of the woods. I just heard Alpha Kayden chuckled while following me. 

"Both our hands were perfectly fit for each other." He said after he intertwined his hand to mine. I could feel my face reddened because of what he did. I tried to remove my hand but Kayden didn't allowed me to remove it. Therefore, I just let him to hold my hand until we came out of the woods. We start to walked back inside of the classroom and gazes from the students met us in the hallway. 

"Mr. Hemsworth, where the hell did you go?" I suddenly stopped from walking when I heard those voices. My heart jumped of a sudden in nervousness.
