Chapter 37:

The moon was high, casting silver light over the blood-stained ruins of what used to be the northern training grounds.

Smoke still curled from smoldering wreckage.

The stench of burnt fur and ash thickened the air.

Aria stood motionless, her claws dripping, heart pounding in sync with the throbbing mark of the Moon on her shoulder.

Kael approached slowly, his own body battered and bruised.

"They came for the sacred scroll," he said grimly.

"But this attack wasn't just about the scroll. Someone from within helped them."

Aria turned sharply. "You mean a traitor in the pack?"

He nodded.

"No outsider could've bypassed the Moonfire perimeter unless they knew the sigil's rhythm.

Only insiders know that."

Before Aria could respond, Rowan emerged from the smoke, carrying a broken blade slick with fresh blood.

"We have more problems," he growled.

"The Sealed Alpha... he wasn’t leading the charge. This was just a diversion."

Kael's expression darkened. "Then where is he?"

Chapter 36: The temple courtyard lay in uneasy calm beneath the fractured moons, one pale silver, the other an ominous red. Aria and Elandra stood at the center circle, hands bruised and trembling from their duel. Around them, the alliance of packs watched in stunned silence. Emotion crackled like static air, the weight of prophecy thick enough to suffocate. From the scorched earth, a series of luminous glyphs ignited ancient runes that traced a circle within circles, sealing the sisters’ fate. The ground trembled. Jaws tightened. Fur bristled. All waited for the final act.Without warning, spectral moonlight congealed near the center of the circle. Then, from memory and legend, a figure emerged:Tall, gaunt, clad in lunar armor etched with runes. His eyes one molten silver, the other deep eclipse scanned the assembled wolves with stern authority.“I am Kaelorian,” he proclaimed in a voice like a storm’s low rumble. “Alpha of the First Pack. Guardian of Oracles. Heir to the Pact

Chapter 35: The moon hung low in the blood-streaked sky, casting an ominous crimson hue across the battlefield. Smoke curled up from the burning edges of shattered trees, the scent of blood thick in the air. Aria stood at the frontlines, her silver hair matted with dirt and sweat, her eyes glowing with Luna power. Around her, Kael’s warriors regrouped, their breathing ragged from the last ambush. But Aria’s focus was elsewhere on the ruins of the eastern ridge where Kael had disappeared only moments ago. The bond between them vibrated with distress, a flicker of pain surging through her chest like a knife.“Where is he?” she whispered to herself, panic edging into her voice. “Kael...”Before she could dart forward, a loud snarl erupted from behind. Aria whirled around, claws ready, only to find Darius stumbling toward her, bleeding heavily.“They took him!” Darius growled, collapsing at her feet. “It was a trap. Elandra used herself as bait. They lured Kael straight into a sea

Chapter 34: The shattered moon fragments still hovered in the sky, bleeding crimson light across the forest. A trembling hush replaced the tremors. Inside the fortress, Aria lay cradled in Kael’s arms, the supernatural cry of their unborn child still echoing. Her skin glowed with silver light, each breath labored.“Stay with me,” Kael whispered, brushing damp strands from her face. His wolf senses flicked overhead threats and hope, pain and resolve, all interwoven.Doctor Miren hurried them to the ancient healing grotto beneath the fortress. Steam rose from crystalline pools, their surfaces shimmering with runes that sparked faintly at Aria’s presence.“Miren,” Kael pressed, “this might kill her.”She dipped a crystal orb into the water; it turned obsidian-black.“The child,” she said softly, “carries both the Moon’s blessing and the Sealed Alpha’s curse.”Kael staggered. “Impossible”“It is.” The orb pulsed. “If we don’t purify him before the Blood Eclipse, he could become a co

Chapter 33: The moon hung low, casting an eerie silver glow over the Midnight Pack as the war drums finally ceased. Silence reigned, thick and tense. Aria stood amidst the rubble of the battlefield, Kael’s bloodied hand locked with hers. Her chest rose and fell heavily as she looked over the injured, the broken, and the dead. But the moment of peace didn’t last long.A strange scent wafted through the air foreign, ancient, terrifying. It was colder than death, thicker than smoke. Aria’s body stiffened as her wolf stirred uneasily.Kael growled. “Do you feel that?”She nodded. “Something’s not right.”Then, the earth trembled. From the forest’s edge, black mist slithered out like venomous tendrils. Warriors backed away, growling. Some collapsed to their knees, clawing at their chests, gasping for breath.A voice rose from the mist. Deep. Hollow. Familiar.“You thought the bloodline was gone. But it was only buried.”Everyone turned toward the voice. Kael stepped in front of Aria,

Chapter 32 The moon was blood-red again.Aria stood on the cliff overlooking the northern forest, her silver hair dancing in the night wind. Her heart pounded, not just from the cold or the eerie silence but because the mark on her shoulder was glowing.Again.Kael appeared beside her silently, his black cloak swirling around his muscular frame. “It’s happening again, isn’t it?” he asked.Aria nodded. “The mark burned the moment the wind changed.”Kael’s jaw clenched. “Then the Sealed Alpha is closer than we thought.”They turned at the sound of paws crashing through the trees. A scout Lira emerged, shifting back into her human form, blood smeared on her arms.“Alpha Kael, Luna Aria… bodies,” she panted. “Twelve rogues dead… but something else was there. Something I couldn’t see.”Kael’s eyes darkened. “Invisible?”“No scent. No sound. Just death. And a symbol… burned into the trees.”She handed Kael a scrap of bark. On it, charred into the grain, was a sigil a crescent moon broken
