ANDREW'S POV

"Will you just smile a little André? We're not going to a funeral." Aunt Maria said. She sat beside me in the car as Alfredo drove us to the Sanchez mansion.

"We both know dinner isn't going to end well, it never does."

"Well it might this time. You haven't seen him in quite a while."

"I've been busy Auntie. The company is thriving just as he wanted so it probably doesn't matter to him if she sees me or not. This dinner was mum's idea I'm sure."

"Does it still upset you that he doesn't show his love? You said you were over it and you didn't care anymore."

"Of course, I don't care at all." I replied.

She chuckled and patted me on the back. "You don't have to pretend to be okay with it. Talk things out with him today. I'm sure he misses you too, you used to be so close."
