Chapter 1

Nathan Wilson was an orphan, he use to stay in New York,he is intelligent educated and smart, he has been rejected many time by different companies in the New York. He decided to leave his neighborhood where he grew up in New York and he decided to relocated to California but he stayed in a poor neighborhood, life has not been easy for him because he has no job.

Few days after, he got a job application to work as a personal assistant to one of the richest man’s daughter in California, Nathan was happy, he could not wait to go for the job interview the next day, he was nervous and practicing for the job interview because this time around, he does not want to be rejected again.

“ I have a feelings that I will get the job” he said speaking to himself, he drank his coffee while while he kept on practicing for the job interview.

The following day, Nathan Wilson work so early in the morning and he suited up in black looking clean and handsome, he buckled his shoes spray his cheap perfume and ready for his job interview, few moments later, he got to the company, it was his turned to be interviewed, he was the only male among the ladies that wanted the person assistance job, most of the ladies passed the interview and Nathan heard the HR talking about it to Natalia Ford, the CEO of the company, Nathan stood up from the reception and she stopped Natalia when she was about to go to her office.

“ Good morning ma’am” he said and Natalia looked at her from head to toes with a weird eye.

“ How may I help you?” She asked.

“ I heard the HR talking about the job interview, I meant for the personal assistant and I was told that you were the one that was in need of one and I among the people searching for the job, I am the only guy among all the ladies and I heard the HR saying that almost all of us passed the interview, I hope I will not be rejected, I have been rejected a lot of time but I hope if you can try a guy to be your personal assistant won’t be a bad idea, I need the job so badly and I hope, you won’t reject me” he said.

“ I am sorry young man but you will have to wait for your results tomorrow, we already tell all of you to go back home and we will get back you, why are you still here” The HR said.

“ You should leave now” the HR said and Natalia stopped the HR and she took pity on Nathan.

“ What is your name?” She asked.

“ Nathan Wilson” he replied and Natalia turned to the HR.

“ How was his performance in the the interview?” She asked the HR.

“ It was ok but I guess there was a young lady much more better than he is” the HR replied.

“ Well, I will give him a try, he might do better and if he don’t then I will go for the other young lady you talked about” she said.

“ But ma’am…..” the HR and Natalia cut him short.

“ No but…. Just find out about where he lives. Mrs Nathan Wilson, you can have the job make sure to resume tomorrow by 8 am” she said and she walked to her office, Nathan was happy and could not thank Natalia enough.

It’s the following day and Nathan got to work so early before Natalia could got to her office, he was waiting for Natalia, her driver drove in and Nathan was in the entrance and he quickly helped her with her bag, Natalia was surprised that he got to work so early.

“ Impressive! You got to work so early” she said.

“ Yeah, I had to” he replied.

“ Hummm… let’s see how far you can continue this way, this is just your first day at work today” she said and she walked to her office, she enter her office and she seated.

“ They are a lot of work to do today, many files to work on” she said and she brought out a lot of files, they both work on the files from morning till late in the night and she offered to drop him home.

It’s been weeks and Nathan and Natalia has been working in the files, Nathan has began ti décolore feelings for her but he does not want to think about because he was from a low class.

After week, the project, they were working on has been done and Natalia was impressed by his hard work.

“ I am so impressed by your hard work” she said and Nathan smiled.

“ Thank you” he said and Natalia got into her car because it was already evening and closing time.

Few hours later, Nathan got back home and he could get his mind off Natalia, he was madly online with her as he get closer to her each day they meet at the office.

“ How can I control my feelings toward Natalia? I have to control it so I won’t lose my job, I can’t afford to lose my job” he said speaking to himself, Nathan was happy that his life was getting better after he got a job because his life was a living hell when he was in New York especially when his foster parents thrown him out on the street, he work on some files, Natalia left on done to prove to Natalia that he was a good personal assistant but his mind was still on Natalia, he can’t get his mind off her but he has no courage to tell her what he felt for her because he will loose his job immediately.

“Maybe some days when I become rich I will confess my feelings for her but that will be only if she hasn’t gotten married to another man” he said speaking to himself.
