Before it can react, Max shoots it in the stomach. This is not exactly the reaction that the creature hoped for, but the surprise makes it lose its balance, so its legs turn around before collapsing on top of each other and crashing to the ground.

The children watch as the creature struggles to regain its balance and tries to pull itself up. Once it manages to stand upright once more, it lets out a scream of anger. A loud roar echoes throughout the forest and the kids instinctively cover their ears.

It's obvious that the monster isn't going to stop anytime soon so, without saying a word, him, who has the fastest reflexes amongst the group, grabs his bow and aims at the monster's head. He attack the arrow right through the werewolves.

Immediately, the werewolves collapses onto the ground, twitching and moaning in agony. The kids stare at it wide eyed, wondering if the monster will ever get up again. Suddenly, a voice comes out of nowhere and they're completely thrown off guard by it.
