“W-we are in danger?” I was hesitant to know.

“You are the danger, Radhika,” he sounded so serious. “However, you would be surprised to know someone volunteered to take both of you in their protection who is not scared of anyone, who I know as a conqueror.”

“People are that much scared of him?”

“H-he scares me,” I told him meekly.

“He is the only fine line standing between you and them by protecting you from those people. They are death itself and the Uzair I know is the man of his words.

He would really never let me go then if it was true.

“Your connection with him was way deeper than I could make you understand. You will be safer here with Uzair. It is the most secure place to be. He'll make sure of it.”
