“Alpha wants to be left alone, he asked you to leave until he summons you,” the guard at the door told Iris.

“Did you tell him I am the one requesting an audience with him?” she asked.

“I did,” the guard bobbed his head in response.

“Go back and tell him it is important I speak to him right now,” she demanded.

“He specifically asks not to be disturbed Miss; I don’t want to get him angry.”

She was suddenly in his face, looking down at him like a lion would look at his prey.

“I will let the guards tear you limb for limb, I will watch with satisfaction as you plead for your life and then set you on fire. But before then,” she paused. “I’ll do you the honour of letting you watch as your family die a gruesome death before I end you.”
