As the class gathered for the lecture, the teacher walked in, Eira leaned over to whisper in Amethysta's ear, "I warned Sylvia to stay away from Mateo. The girl who was rumoured to be with Mateo" Amethysta's eyes widened with shock and concern. "You did what?!" she exclaimed, her voice rising above the low murmur of the classroom.

The teacher shot them a stern look, and as the attention of the class turned toward them, Amethysta's cheeks flushed with embarrassment. "Oops," Eira muttered, trying to suppress a smirk.

"Both of you, out," the teacher demanded, pointing to the door.

Eira and Amethysta shared a glance, then simultaneously shrugged before gathering their things and heading out the door. They found shelter in their college canteen. Eira recounted the confrontation with Sylvia, her voice low but filled with kind of badass vibe like she won a big war or something.
