Sofia's POV

I swear to God, my heart is racing like I ran a marathon. I didn't know this would be so difficult, I wouldn't have brought the idea. Maybe a drink and the cutting of the cake would do, I don't know why I brought the idea of adding an appreciation note to it.

“Come on Sofia. Don't be scared, Daddy would love it” Enzo said to me, cheering me up.

I swallowed before breathing in and out,

“Don Salvatore Luca…” I looked at him and quickly regretted it because everything I had rehearsed flew from my head the moment my eyes met his.
