After what happened two hours ago, Mr. Alex still set up an impromptu travel. It was clear to me that he did care about anything aside his selfish ambition.

I was still shaken by the fact that two had tried to kidnap and I had drowned myself in the process. None of their mattered to him.

"Why are we going to Italy?" I asked the man who had informed me about it. This was my first time seeing him. He was very much different from Alex.

The way he gave his commands and mono gestures showed that he was a reticent person. He had defined features that screamed beauty.

But each time I spoke to him, he would frown his brows and remain silent like I was a pest on his skin.

Even now, he was ignoring me. "I guess I won't be getting any answer. But that is fine because I won't be going anywhere if I am not given a proper explanation of what is going on," I vented out my annoyance and walked away.
