"Feeling okay?" Alvaro asked, his arms wrapped around his wife's waist, as they gazed along the beautiful blue horizon. They were on the yacht that he rented, a new one. He didn't want Evie to know, but he cut all ties with Astrid, except for the hotels and other businesses that they were partnered in.
Respectfully, he told her that he wouldn't be needing a yacht anymore. Which is a lie. He figured that it would be better rather than Evie stepping foot on a yacht owned by Astrid. He didn't want to disrespect her feelings. He wanted to be considerate of his wife.
"I'm okay." Genevieve hummed as she leaned back, appreciating his warmth as a cold breeze caressed their skin.
