Chapter 49: Waking Up Next To Her

A new day concluded.

It was a tiring night last night.

I felt like I have a hangover too.

My head was aching.

Thinking all the posibilities of problems that Amanda might have had.

I had endless thoughts inside my head.

She was still sleeping.

Snoring as I speak.

Amanda hugged me like a teddy bear.

With his face on my chest.

I’ll be frank. Her head is quite heavy.

I mean, all heads are. Including mine.

Both up and down.

But I endure the numbing sensation on my chest.

Seeing Amanda sleeping peacefully brought solace in my heart too.

I couldn’t ask for more.

She fluttered her eyes open.

And yawned.

Amanda looked at me with half-opened eyes.

My brows raised when she rolled her eyes at me.

“What are you doing in my bed?” she muffled and sighed.

I chuckled and scratched my head. “Uh.. good morning to you too,” I said with a smile.

Amanda scoffed. “Did we had sex last night?” she asked without stuttering.

My cheeks blushed. “W-We didn’t.”

She sighed in relief.
