Liam

I couldn’t stop grinning as I watched Daisy got out of the car and walked into the house. When I was sure she was in, I started the car and backed out of the driveway.

I zoomed off and I still couldn’t stop smiling, I was too in my own head that I didn’t notice the red light had now turn to green until some impatient driver honked behind me for taking too long to move. I didn’t even try to defend myself or anything. I just waved, totally unfazed, and kept smiling like a damn fool.

I just couldn’t believe Daisy actually kissed me. It wasn’t the other way around or a polite peck or something uncertain. She actually wanted it and went for it.

And God… I was still trying to process the feel of her lips on mine. They were soft, warm and hungry too like she’d finally let herself stop thinking and just feel. And I felt it too... I felt everything.

It was the kind of kiss you replay in your mind a thousand times just to make sure it actually happened.

I leaned back in the driver’s seat

  • Falling for my Billionaire Crush   It will always be him!

DaisyI wish I could say the kiss changed something. I wish I could say that when my lips met Liam’s, something in me lit up, maybe some spark of passion or love but it didn’t. Atleast not in the way it was supposed to.The kiss was soft, gentle and thoughtful… exactly everything that Liam is and I really wanted to feel that spark but the moment I kissed him, I had my answer. But still, I didn’t pull away because a part of me really wanted it to be enough. I needed it to be enough but when he held me afterward, smiling like I had just given him the world, I felt a quiet sadness growing in my chest. A heavy, aching emptiness I couldn’t shake. Th truth is that that kiss wasn’t confirmation of love, it was confirmation of absence.I didn’t love Liam… not like the way he does or wants me to.I stood there behind the door the house for a few seconds after he drove off, staring at nothing, fingers still pressed to my lips. I tried to tell myself it was just nerves, or the pressure, or maybe

  • Falling for my Billionaire Crush   I can’t do this to Liam

DaisyI didn’t know how it happened so fast. One minute I thought I wanted nothing to do with Tony, and the next minute, I was kissing him so hard. I never expected him to dare me to look in his eyes and deny my love for him. And honestly, I was pissed that he was too full of himself so I was going to prove him wrong by all means. I tried looking into his eyes and then tell him but I couldn’t. I couldn’t even look long enough to say any word. The second we locked eyes, all my defenses crumbled and all I remembered was the love I have for him. All our intimate moments rushed back and I just couldn’t stop them no matter how hard I tried. Tony didn’t rush me either, he just stood there in front of me, waiting for me to surrender. His eyes were burning into mine and I just knew what was coming. I could feel it in my chest and I wished I could turn everything off and let my heart run wild the way it wanted to because I still felt his presence under my skin, even after all this time and p

  • Falling for my Billionaire Crush   Tell me you don’t love me…

TonyDaisy’s shock only lasted for a split second. Her smile wavered just barely and her posture shifted but she recovered faster than I could even prepare myself.Once Liam introduced us, she extended her hand and exchanged pleasantries with a very professional tone. And I could tell from her reaction that she wasn’t going to acknowledge me or a damn thing that passed between us.And God, that hurt so bad but there was nothing I could, not right there in front of Liam and the others. I couldn’t risk her intergrity just because of my feelings. That would be so selfish of me so I forced out a faint smile and played along.Liam looked between us and seeing the curious look on his face, I knew I had to be more convincing before he starts to ask if we know each other or not.I watched Daisy pick Liam’s side and she didn’t even flinch while doing so. We went straight into business but I wasn’t really there anymore. I couldn’t stop thinking about her and I had to even restrain myself from s

  • Falling for my Billionaire Crush   A love triangle…

DaisyWhen Liam asked me to be his date to a business meeting, I wanted to turn it down at first then he convinced me. He said it was an important meeting that had to do with my family’s business and his arrangement with me dad. It was supposed to be on hold till I agree to marry him but he wasn’t going to do that. We were trying the normal way now and getting to know each other and he wasn’t going to back out from helping my family because of that. Even if I eventually say no, he still wouldn’t regret helping us. I was really convinced and I agreed to come with him. He said we were meeting one of the major shareholders and the fate of my family rests on the outcome of the meeting. Hearing that, I made sure to put efforts into my dressing, I chose a simple but elegant dress and made sure to wear a broad smile. Not that I would be pitching or anything, I just wanted to be prepared and make a good impression. Working at Tony’s company had taught me that appearance is the first way to

  • Falling for my Billionaire Crush   She’s my Daisy!

TonyI pulled into the driveway so tight I could feel the tires protesting. My blood was still simmering from Raine’s twisted confession and every nerve in me screamed to march straight back to the office and rip her head off. But I have a flight to catch, and I need a plan not a screaming match.I made my way into the house and went straight into my room. I tossed my briefcase onto the couch and then went to my study, threw open my suitcase, and started pulling clothes from the closet without even looking. I took a few suits, shirts, ties and then shoved them in roughly, zipped and unzipped the bag three times, then tossed in my toiletries kit, passport, notebooks. I set the alarm for 5:30 AM and as I clicked it on, my heart felt like a fist.I couldn’t un-know what Raine did but for now, I need to focus on tomorrow’s meetings, and once I’m back, I’ll sort things out and make sure I find Daisy. Even if it’s the last thing I do, I will make sure I make this right.I collapsed into bed
