Chapter Hundred And Two

Elsa's POV

Three Months Later

"It's morning again," I sighed as I slowly opened my eyes.

I yawned and then sat up on the bed to stretch. The previous night was a very busy one as I had to put a few foodstuffs together so that I could send them across to my mother. It was exhausting, yet it was worth it.

I looked to my side and Davon was still fast asleep, even though he went to bed much earlier than I did. I thought he was beginning to get too lazy.

"Get up, sleepy head," I teased him, shaking him a few times to awaken him from his slumber. "It's morning already. Didn't you say that you had a meeting to attend?"

He grudgingly turned as he stretched, yawning so loudly that I wondered how he became that tired. He finally got himself to sit up and he just stared at me like he was going to hit me. It was so funny.

"You should have just let me sleep a little more, honey. The meeting is not until another hour," he protested. "You just didn't want to watch me enjoy
