Chapter 36

last update Last Updated: 2024-11-12 05:13:58
Chad's POV

I held Bella in my arms on our way back. She understood my wolf's need. Only the fact that she was in my arms was the only thing preventing me from going back and tear fucking Jasper's body in half. How did he know Bella was going shopping today? I clenched my fists as anger started to build inside me again. Bella, who was nestled against me, felt me tense. She cupped my cheek and kissed me tenderly.

I grabbed her arm when I saw the red marks on her wrist where that asshole had grabbed her. A growl rumbled from my chest. "Stop the damn car, Dane!! I will kill him!" I said through gritted teeth, my voice hoarse with rage. Bella threw her body over me, preventing me from opening the door.

"Please, don't Chad. This is nothing. The bruises will fade. Stay with me, would you?" Her heart was beating fast. I stared into her baby-blue eyes, and I knew I was never going to be able to deny her anything. She could ask me for my life, and I would lay it in front of her proudly.

Bella’s PoV The great doors to the balcony swung open, and a wave of sunlight kissed my skin as I stepped forward. Chad’s PoV I lowered Bella onto the bed, her hair spilling across the pillows. She was already flushed, pupils blown wide, that soft body arching for more. I took my time, because nothing fed my ego like watching my queen beg. My mouth claimed her, slow licks turning ruthless as I devoured her swe

Bella’s PoV When the portal spat us out onto Balzaree’s marble steps the air hit me like a benediction — salt and perfumed gardens, the faint iron of distant war. Braxten and Brent flanked me; Olivia and Arona were at their sides. Hendrick kept Lilly close, his jaw a hard line. Chad carried Kaelan

  • Fated to the Lycan King   Chapter 262

Lilly’s POV I walked carefully to the low settee, one hand smoothing the front of my dress where the fabric still caught at my thighs. The way I walked—a little too careful, a little too slow—was not from pain so much as from the delicious, hazy aftershocks of last night. Hendrick had left impress

  • Fated to the Lycan King   Chapter 261

Hendrick’s POV Her robe slipped through my hands like a promise. I undressed her slowly, reverent as a thief who’s finally allowed to take the rarest thing in the world. Every inch of her held me—every soft slope, every little freckle, the way moonlight pooled at the hollow of her throat. My wolf

  • Fated to the Lycan King   Chapter 260

Lilly’s PoV The first thing I felt was warmth. Strong, unyielding warmth that wrapped me like armor. My lashes fluttered open, and the world swam into focus—white walls, the faint scent of herbs and antiseptic. But none of that mattered, because the moment I tilted my head, I saw him. Hendrick.
