Chapter 31
Another day is spent in the court house and as soon as the judge tells her verdict, I quickly pack up my things and leave.
Aaliyah and I go to grab some much needed coffee. I couldn’t sleep all night, because of my long nap, and now I’m feeling the effects, but that wasn’t the only reason.
My mind kept drifting back to Adair’s fingers on my lips, my legs in between his thighs, and the confession I made to myself last night. It's wrong in so many ways and I wish that I could just rip all these feelings and emotions out of my heart and flush them down the toilet.
The barista hands us our coffee and we take a seat near the window.
“Are you okay Sarah? You don’t look so well and in court you weren’t your usual self.” Aaliyah asks taking a sip from her coffee.
“Yeah, I’m just tired. I couldn’t fall asleep last night because I took a long nap in the day.” I say holding the hot coffee
