Chills start to run down my spine. I don’t know what Nancy means by that and I know that it’s probably sincere and it doesn’t have some kind of double meaning at all, but I still can’t shake off the feeling that something is strange and wrong.

Suddenly what she said to me before come back in my head, echoing like a thousand screams, about me and Arthur having to go through a lot of challenges to be together.

But that can’t be possible right? We just got mated and we’re bonded for life. Surely nothing and no one will get in the way of that.
