Raphael’s POV

I walked straight to where the strange lady stood. I could tell she was slowly getting weakened by their attacks despite the hard front she maintained.

But that wasn't all I noticed, she looked familiar.

She was the bar girl.

The drunk girl.

'Let us mingle' girl.

Something in me leapt for joy; I had found her again.

I thought I would never meet her but here she was standing in front of me.

Who would have guessed that she was my brother's ex-girlfriend?

Now it was all adding up, she had probably gone to the bar just so she could clear her head after her breakup.

I heard they had been dating for seven years. Honestly, breaking up after such a long relationship is one of the saddest things that could happen to a woman.

My opinion though.

I looked forward, and then I saw the 'so-called original' daughter standing next to Marcel as a bee hung to its honeycomb.

My gaze drifted from each of them one by one until I got to Gramps. I took a slight bow, and he smiled.
