8. An Old Friend? (FLASHBACK)

Finished with her part-time job, Anna went straight home. When Anna got home, she saw her father sleeping on the dining table, with instant noodles still untouched. Anna smiled sadly at her father, who looked very tired. Anna shook her father slowly and asked him to move to the room. But the father did not move and stroked Anna's hair gently.

"If things were better, you wouldn't have to work until late at night."
