Footsteps of ten security guards boots echoed in the lobby as they raced towards Carmen.

“Yes, Boss.” The head of the guard shouted.

Then he paused and waited on Carmen’s command.

“Please escort Mrs. Davis and her son out of the building.” Carmen coldly stated.

“Liam was wrong! But it's also that witch's fault. Please, don't punish him anymore. What you are doing is tearing my family apart!” Lina cried.

“Mom! Stop it!” Liam roared with rage burning in his eyes.

The building got absolutely quiet, and in the midst of the silence, Carmen’s eyes were directly focused on Liam as she struggled to understand his anger and the source of it.
