"Mom, you don't have to be afraid. My boss is trustworthy. Even if he is not, he wouldn't dare do anything rash," Jessica told her parents.

"Sweetie, I know you are afraid of losing your job but I don't want you to ever do what you don't want to to keep the job. It's all my fault. If only I had been a better father," her father lamented.

"Dad…" Jessica said, unable to say anything more. She knew her father always felt guilty but deep down she knew her father had been blaming himself.

" It's true, Jessy. If only we had been good parents, you wouldn't have to go through all of these. How can we be assured when our daughter is going on a business trip with an unmarried man?," Her mother said, supporting her husband.

" Mom, dad, I will be fine. You don't need to worry. We are not the only ones going. Besides, I will only need to be around him during official hours. I will have my room and privacy," Jessica said, trying to convince her parents.
