There was a frown sitting on my face when I crossed my arms across my chest, "one thing I'll never take is disrespect from anyone and if do you think I would make up something so deep up, it's clear that you dont really know that much about me, and so you're right, I made it up." I did the honours of walking away before he could even rethink walking out on me.

Daniel pov

I watched her leave and a big part of me was dealing with anger at not just myself, but at her and not in the way she thought. I didn't understand why she would want to lie about Sarah but I wasn't angry at her for it

I was mad because she was so hot, she was practically irresistible. I was never one to look at any other woman when I was in a commitent to someone, let alone my fiance's sister.

I walked past Jennifer's stall into mine and shut the wooden door.

"I don't know what's wrong with you or why you're being so moody," I heard Stella tell her . One thing about this demarcated stalls was that they barely held any form of privacy at all. Even I did my best not to, I couldn't help but eavesdrop.

I immediately picked my phone up and went to my the app store to look for the said app.

Because the music playing in my ears had served as a good distraction, I was unsure and furrowed my eyebrows as I turned to listen a second time, taking my headphones off.

"My girlfriend lives here?" He pulled his lips up in a smirk, "and yeah, it's totally nice to see you too."

I glared at him. I was still very much upset about what he had said to me earlier in the office, about stooping low enough to lie against Sarah.

"Um, am I not allowed to come in?" He raised one eyebrow, "I know I'm good to look at but you can't keep staring at me like that and..."

"Just shut up," I rolled my eyes and cut him off, "Sarah, your dumb boyfriend is here." I called, letting him into the house and closing the door behind him.

"Daniel, you came, it's a great thing because my parents are home and you finally get to meet my dad," Sarah came downstairs all smiley, wrapping her arms around his waist while he planted a kiss on the top of her head.

"Technically I've met him, but I'll be meeting him as my future father in law." He chuckled and she returned the gesture in a giggle.

I resisted the urge to roll my eyes. How could she pretend to be so lovey Dovey in a very effortless manner, it actually beat me.

I wasn't about to stand and watch them disgust me away so I packed my laptop and headed to my bedroom.

"And where do you think you're going?" Sarah tried to stop me as I made my way to go upstairs. I thought she had to be joking because if there was anyone in the world who should be avoiding me right now it had to be her. She knew how disgusted I was by what I had seen her do and if she wanted me to keep that away from Daniel it was best for her to just ignore me.

"To my room, why?" I frowned.

"Come on, we will be having dinner together as a family, I invited Daniel over for dinner, it will be fun for all of us to just sit and bond, again." She had that smile glued to her face. "Come on little sis?"

"I have work to do." I was doing my best not to be harsh.

"Loosen up, you have all of tomorrow to work in the office," Daniel took the lead this time. I looked between the both of them for a moment and then I let out a sigh, "fine, I'll join you guys soon." I said and walked up to the stairs and into my room.

I dropped my laptop on the bed and stood in front of my full length mirror, "you've got this, just stay calm." I had to do my best to not ruin anything even though everything was already basically ruined.

I went back downstairs after thirty minutes had passed and was surprised to see my parents already eating dinner, I pulled out the empty chair was directly across from where Daniel was sitting. "Mom and dad, why are you dressed like that?"

My dad was wearing a suit while my mom as in a cooperate gown and they certainly would not have worn that just to eat with Daniel.

"What's going on?" I frowned.

"Daniel and I are getting married tonight," Sarah answered for them.
