Unexpected Pregnancy

I woke up feeling a little lighter than before. I immediately looked around and saw that I was inside a clinic. I slowly sat up. I held my head as it ached. I still feel dizzy and hot, but compared to before, it's a little less now.

"Oh, you're awake," the school nurse came holding a chart in her hand. She checked the IV attached on the back of my palm. "How are you, Ms. Rivera?”

"I'm fine," I lied.

She chuckled. "You're a bad liar."

I looked away.

"Someone sent you here after you fainted. Your fever is a bit high so I let you rest first. Your father is also on his way to fetch you. If you're confused how I was able to contact him, well, I found it on your ID. Anyway, I'll just ask some questions, okay?”

I silently nodded.

She started asking me things which I only answered with a nod and a shake of the head. After listing down everything, she closed her chart and looked me in the eye. Her face became serious.
