130. Blindfolded night

"Argh!" Groaning, Athena covered her face and turned off the table lamp. Darkness fills in the room, even though the window is open, the rays of moonlight flickering inside.

A pointed sound of footsteps clicked her ears from a close distance. Dominic came back. As tomorrow was the function, he had a lot of work to do which kept him there till midnight.

As she heard the sound of the knob twisting, she closed her eyes shut, pretending to be asleep. She didn't know why she was hiding from him but as the time kept ticking for the final day, her nervousness kept growing.

She heard his footsteps inside the room. Amidst the darkness and silence, those footsteps and his existence were enough to give her chills. However, she remained stable on the right side of the bed.

His footsteps were heard closer to her and she could feel his existence much more clearly. Her heart throbs against her chest with the burning silence. It feels so weird. She knew that he was staring down at her. Her wolf was
