CHAPTER 13

Audrey knocked on Nolan's door and she got the okay to come in. She opened the door and walked in.

"Audrey I wasn't expecting you. You look..."

"Stupid I know." Audrey said

"No you look different, in a good way." Nolan said

"Well, thanks dad. Actually I wanted to talk to you." Audrey said cutting to the chase

"Yeah sit what do you want to talk about?" Nolan asked

"Actually it's about my mom."

*cough* cough*

"Dad are you okay?" Audrey asked the coughing Nolan.

*cough* cough*

"I'm fine I just choked on my coffee. You were saying?" Nolan asked calming himself and putting down the coffee.

"Can you tell me anything about my mom?" Audrey asked

"Your mom? Where's this coming from?" Nolan asked

"I want to find her." Audrey saids plainly

"Why? I don't even know who she is." Nolan said

"If you don't then where did you find me? And how did you know my last name is Stone?" Audrey asked

"I don't know I found you in front of my home with your full name and that necklace around your neck.
