67. A quick trip (3)

Tea and some refreshment were wheeled into the suite's living room by the hotel manager.

If the manager wondered why Lila curled on the armchair, hiding her face, he kept it to himself. Instead, after serving the tea, he showed a fancy box to Andrew. "Here's the glasses you asked for earlier, Mr. Mac Miller."

"Thank you, Mr. Manager." Andrew took the fancy box. He gave the manager a cordial smile before the manager bowed and left.

He turned to Lila who was pretending the show on tv required her focus and attention which he was sure she couldn't see the show clearly. He knew she was still embarrassed for mistaking him with someone else an hour ago when an accident happened in the famous city landmark's sidewalk.

Amused, he bit his lip. Then clearing his throat to get Lila's eyes at him. "Put these on, so you can see your face turning red clearly."

Taking the box from Andrew's hand, Lila glared at his amused face. Her embarrassment was gone
