Alex paced around the house; he was trying to be careful so he did not step on the dirt that was on the floor.

His eyes went round the house, and he was so disappointed at how she had left the house.

" I am not getting a maid, Rebecca"

" Why not? You should get a maid to do that. I did not come here to be a maid for you" she said.

" And the laundry?" He asked her.

" The laundry should be done by the maid as well, what do you take me for? I'm never going to stress myself over that; it's not going to happen that way," she said.

He ran his hands through his hair. The sight of dirt on the floor irritated him so much.

" This can't be. Cat does all of those things, and she has never complained or said anything about it; she has always been comfortable with it," he said.

" I am not Cat, and I can never be here; you should not complain about little things like this. Cat was just a maid, I am a wife, and you should get the place tidied by one of the maids; I'm sure you have the money,"

    Rebecca had her legs inside the building. She got several looks, but it was none of her business; she was here for Aaron. She walked to the office door and stood behind it.     She held her dress as she walked up the stairs. Her eyes caught something: it was an open wine bottle on the table. She looked at it again; someone was close to it. She took steps backwards to see who it was. " You do know that you can not come in here and act like you are the owner of this place, besides, your brother is not the owner of this place," she said.
