Turns out there were only a few scratches and no major damage on my motorbike. Thank goodness. Eion called Leroy to get his car from the shop and take us home, putting my motorbike on his pick up. He promised he would replace it but I said no, saying that he should just fix it. I really love that motorbike and it has sentimental value to me. It was from my dad, for goodness sake!
Eion was too afraid to drive it again, or more like afraid of me.
Later that night, a brand new motorbike came greeting me in front of our house.
Eion's number appeared on my phone and I answered it. "Don't bother screaming at me again because I replaced it now. I also fixed the old one. Did you like it?"
I blinked, looking at the two motorb
"Who are you texting to?" he asked, his usual expressionless face now replaced by an irritated look. Is it just me or I saw something in his eyes? Maybe I should text Luke more often... "Nothing, it's my personal life." I said, "And why do you care?" He was just silent. "Fine, text whoever you want for all I care." "Can. You. Just. Give. Me. My. Phone?" I said slowly, my anger starting to get the better of me. "Catch!" He flips the phone towards me, sending me scrambling to get it. His voice was harsher than before. "I don't care who you text, stupid,” and with that, he left the shop. Just then, Leroy and Dax
After practice, we went back to the shop again (guess who requested that). Everyone was talking about a group name as we ate our ice-creams. Of course, Emma was still working so we made her sit with us. "Why don't we call it Leroy's Squad?" Leroy brought up suddenly as we thought of how we should call our squad now. , and we grimaced at that. "That's the dumbest name I've heard of!" Hannah retorts. She's gotten comfortable around Leroy and now they're always teasing each other. "Well, what's the 'perfect' name then smarty Hannah?" Leroy raised an eyebrow. "I'll call it, Teen Titans," She says and we burst into fits of laughter. I told her to try and impress Leroy by being funny, but she doesn't r
She said with a smile on her face, some of her wrinkles due to age were showing. I’m guessing she’s around her early fifties, just like mom. She moves gracefully, in her red dress and high stilettos. She looks like Hannah and Luke since she has blonde hair and green eyes. I haven’t seen her mother last time at Aunt Maggie’s mansion, so it’s the first time we met each other. She’s the sister of Aunt Maggie right? She’s probably their mother, "Oh, Good afternoon Mrs. Cooper. I am Snow." I said, trying to introduce myself and be as polite as possible. "Oh hello Snow. Call me Aunt Anna,” she said, her gentle voice calming me. Aunt Anna? I smiled shyly at her, "Oh, okay Aunt Anna. Your house is wonderful." I complimented, attempting a small chat with her.
"It's okay," I said to Luke. I then started talking about my family. "My dad died due to a stroke, and I've been working hard to support us, that's why I am working at Eion's ice cream store." I glanced at Eion who was avoiding my gaze. I felt like I was a beauty contestant and was asked. I wanted to impress Aunt Anna..the mother of my crush...to see if she can approve of me. We talked for minutes and minutes and I remained steady and calm. She really is kind and I think she likes me. Well, not that I’m just assuming it or anything. After dinner, I help her clean the table. I even offered to wash the dishes because I wanted to impress her. "No, it's okay, go to the living room and have fun." She said, refusing my offer. "But I insist.."
"Why is EIon sleeping here?" I tried to ask them, curious why Eion is here. He has his own house, right? "He usually camps here when his mind is not clear. Don't mind him." Hannah replied like it was the most usual thing in the world. Well, I was not close with my cousins so I didn’t experience something like this…guess they really are close with their family and relatives. We then spent the night playing a few cards until we finally fell asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night, my throat dry. Thirsty, I stood up and headed to the kitchen to get myself a glass of water. I went to the living room, too awake to fall back to sleep when I remembered Eion was sleeping by the sofa.
Eion's POV I really hate her. Nosy. Loud. Annoying. Irritating. Blatant. Annoying. I guess I said that again... And Pretty... Wait what?! Pretty? More like a hag! Admit it... I won't because she isn't. Well, if you say so...
“Not sure if you know this but when we first met I got so nervous I couldn't speak” The wedding is now starting and sponsors are now walking down the aisle. The song 'Beautiful in white' by Shane Filan was playing. The church was filled with many people, sitting in rows of seats. Photographers, friends, relatives, coworkers, colleagues, and other people attended the wedding. The fancy designs and decorations made me gawk, admiring every little detail of it. The dim lighting and the white daisies attached to the arch in the stage were like leading us in something like a fairy tale. Everything was just...magical.The priest was already on the stage, smiling kindly.
After the wedding, we immediately went to the reception. The reception was in a famous high-end restaurant. Tables and chairs were placed in each corner, the beige colored-tablecloth was placed on each table. The bouquet of daisies is placed on each table. In a corner were daisies styled in a heart form. On the ceiling placed a cloth styled in a fancy manner. Chandeliers are located high above, slightly lighting the room since the sunlight was entering through the big transparent windows, lighting up the whole reception. In front was a stage where the newlywed couple was sitting on a chair. They were surrounded by people, giving them hugs, and congratulating them. The soft tune that was playing from the speakers was masked by the chattering, laughing, and giggling of the people around.
