Cain's POV
I left her at my penthouse sleeping so soundly. Hell I could have gone on all day watching her sleep had it not been for the mysterious call that had me rush all the way to Power Corp.

It was a man's voice, no doubt someone out to milk money from me. I was drunk yesterday but I still remember what happened last night. I was determined to hide everything from Emma despite how much she trusted me. If I told her the truth I would lose her forever so right now no matter how selfish I was, I didn't want her to find out.
