My alarm went off and I groaned as I shifted to shut it off. I sat on the side of the bed for a moment, before getting up. I hissed at slight pain between my legs and gingerly made my way to the bathroom. I started the water heating and went back into my room to grab my phone. I unlocked it to start my music, but paused when I saw that I had an unread message. I opened it and almost dropped my phone when I read the message.

'Good morning, darling. I was hoping to see you today. Do you want to grab breakfast?'

How in the hell had he gotten my number? It was not listed anywhere. I ignored it and got in the shower. I stood under the hot water and prayed that the water would soothe my discomfort. I gently cleaned myself up, before getting out. My alarm went off again and I groaned. I was so late. I quickly dried off, tugged my pants on and put my shoes on. I pocketed my phone, before I grabbed my shirt and my bra. I dashed out of the room as I put my bra on and tugged my shirt on as I ran out of the house.

My alarm went off again, letting me know I had two minutes to get to work and I was still five minutes out. Fuck. This was just what I needed today. I ran inside the nursing home on my way to Mrs. Waterman's room, but I was stopped as I ran past the nursing station.

"Natasha! Come here," Joyce, the home manager, called.

I skidded to a halt and went back to her. "I am late. I have to get to-"

"I'm sorry, Natasha, but Mrs. Waterman does not want your services."

"Oh, is she sick? I can come back later."

She shook her head. "She says you are fired."

My heart stopped. I needed this job. It barely covered the bills, but it was enough for now.

"Why? I was only two minutes late?"

"She called us right at 7 AM and told us to turn you away. I am sorry, but she makes the rules."

"It's okay. Tell her I am sorry for being late."

I turned around and walked out of the building. Fuck! I knew if I was late one more time, she was going to fire me. She told me every single day and I did not heed her warning. I ran my fingers through my hair. What were we going to do? Both my mother and I had depended on this job. I made it back to my house and slammed the door behind me. I stormed back to my room and threw myself down on my bed. I buried my face in my pillows and let the tears fall. My phone dinged and I pulled it out.

'Where are you? You're supposed to be at work.'

I groaned and pushed my phone onto the floor. He could ask his fucking mother why I wasn't at work. He could go to hell just like his mother could. I shouldn't have let them do that to me last night. Maybe then I would still have my job. I rolled over onto my back. They're probably all laughing at me and telling everyone what happened. I was so stupid. My doorbell rang and I uttered a stream of curse words. I jumped up to answer the door. I looked through the peephole and my heart started pounding hard. What was he doing here? I leaned against the door, debating if I could just ignore him long enough for him to go away. He knocked on the door.

"Tasha! Tasha! Open the door. I want to speak to you. I am going to stand here all day until you answer."

"Fuck!" I pulled open the door a crack and glared at him. "What?"

"Why aren't you at work?"

"I got fired."

I tried to shut the door, but he put his foot in it, preventing it from closing. He pushed it back open.

"Who fired you?," he asked.

"Your mother, as if you did not know. You probably put her up to it."

I tried to close it again, but he shoved it open hard. I stumbled back a couple of steps and he walked in to lift my chin up. He searched my face, before rubbing my cheek with his thumb.

"Were you crying?," he almost yelled.

I jerked my face away from his hand. "It's none of your business."

"Everything that concerns you is my business," he hissed.

He grabbed my wrist and began to drag me out of my house. I struggled to get away, but he was so much stronger than me and I couldn't escape. When I saw the nursing home looming ahead of us, I pulled on my hand harder.

"Stop! Stop! I was fired. I can not go back there. Please."

He stopped in front of the nursing station and pointed over his shoulder at me.

"No other aide goes into my mother's room. It's Natasha or no one. Am I understood?"

"But, sir, your mother said-"

"I pay for her to live here. I know my mother. Her standards are ridiculously too high. I will shut this down and everyone in here will be homeless or jobless. Am I understood?"

Joyce nodded. "Yes, sir."

He turned to look at me and I tried to make myself look smaller under his angry gaze. He started heading down the hallway, tugging me along behind him. We entered his mother's room and she frowned at me.

"Why is she here?," she asked.

"Why did you fire her?," he countered.

His mother shrugged. "She was late."

He turned towards me. "What time did you get here?"

"7:02 AM."

He turned to glare at his mother. "2 minutes, Mother? You fired the best damned aide you have ever had, because she was 2 minutes late? I was the reason she was late. I saw her outside and stopped her to talk about your care. I want you to stop treating her like this. If you have a problem with her, you talk to me. Until you give me a good reason to fire her, she is your aide or you will have nobody."

She narrowed her eyes on him and I finally knew where he got that look from. They were both stubborn as hell and I held my breath as I waited to see who would win this battle of wills. After what felt like forever, she nodded.

"Fine."

He turned towards me and finally let my wrist go. "When you are done getting her ready, come find me. We are going to be discussing your visit everyday now."

I lowered my head. "Yes, sir, Mr. Waterman."

"I will be in my father's room."

"Yes, sir, Mr. Waterman."

He looked at his mother. "Behave."

He left the room and I was left alone with a very angry elderly woman. I timidly approached her.

"What would you like to wear today?"

She folded her arms over her chest and didn't respond. I sighed and moved to her closet to pick her an outfit. I pulled out a plain black dress and brought it back to her. I held it up to her.

"Is this okay?"

She shrugged. I helped her sit up on the edge of the bed and began to unbutton her shirt. I pulled the dress over her head and groaned when she didn't lift her arms to help me at all. I struggled to get her arms through the correct holes, before I began to button the three buttons on the top of her dress. I knelt at her feet to grab her black flats from under her bed. I reached for her foot and she moved it. I looked up at her.

"Mrs. Waterman, please, let me get you dressed. I will feed you and take you to the living area. Then I will go talk to your son and ask to be removed. I don't want you to hate me and I'm sorry that you don't want me to be here. I really needed this job, but I will quit if it makes you happy. Just, please, let's get through this morning."

She held her leg out to me and I quickly got her shoes on her. I helped her to the table and retrieved her breakfast tray from the nursing station. I placed it in front of her and uncovered the plate. I cut her sausage up and sat next to her as she started eating. I poured her orange juice into the cup and set it in front of her. She hurried to finish her food and pushed her plate away.

"Take me to the living area and leave me alone."

I got her cane and helped her to the living area. It was lavishly furnished with soft couches and recliners. Around the walls were several large tvs. She sat in front of one and grabbed the remote.

"Is there anything else I can do for you, before I leave?"

"No."

"Have a good day, Mrs. Waterman."

She ignored me and I knew I was dismissed. I wandered down the hallway to Mr. Waterman's room. I hovered in the doorway to watch Timothy give his father a sponge bath. I leaned against the doorframe to wait until he was done. His father looked at me and started making noises. Timothy leaned closer to him.

"What's wrong, Dad?"

His father's eyes darted to me, making him turn around. His lips turned upwards and his eyes roamed over my body.

"Give me five minutes, Natasha. I'm almost done."

"Yes, sir, Mr. Waterman."

I stepped out of the room and leaned back against the wall to wait. A few minutes later, he came out. He walked past me.

"Follow me, please."

I fell into step behind him. He peeked into a room, before holding the door open for me. I entered ahead of him. He shut the door behind us and spun me around. He backed me up against the wall and kissed me passionately. I moaned into his mouth and wrapped my arm around his neck. He pulled back to grin at me.

"Hey, beautiful."

I flushed. "Hey."

He nuzzled into my neck. "How was my mom?"

My hands moved over his back. "She doesn't like me. I do not think I can work for her anymore."

He pulled back to study my face. "Why did you even work for her in the first place?"

I lowered my eyes. "I needed the money," I whispered.

He put his hand on the wall beside my head and tilted my face up again. "So, if I got you a job that paid more for the same hours, would you do it?"

"It would depend on what it was?"

His thumb rubbed my bottom lip. "My secretary is about to go on maternity leave."

My eyes widened. "Are you offering me the job?" He nodded. "Why?"

He kissed me again. "Because you're mine and I want to take care of you."

"Timothy, I-"

His fingers slipped into my pants to run along my swollen clit. I groaned.

"Say yes, baby. You can be in the Mayor's office and nobody would ever question your leaving this job."

"Won't they wonder why you chose me?"

He kissed down my neck again and I shivered. He pushed two fingers inside of me and I whimpered.

"No, we'll tell them my mother fired you and I didn't see anything wrong with your work ethic, so I gave you a new position." He pushed his fingers deeper, "Say yes, darling."

I gripped his shoulders as I helplessly rocked my hips to his hand.

"Timothy!"

He pressed in on my clit and my body tightened.

"Say yes," he coaxed.

I closed my eyes as my body dripped my wetness down his fingers. I nodded.

"Good girl," he murmured, as he lifted his fingers to his mouth to suck my juices off his fingers. "We start at 9 AM sharp. Be there at 8:30 AM."

He started to walk away.

"Why 8:30 if we start at 9 AM?"

He looked over his shoulder at me. "Because I'm going to bend you over my desk at 8:30." His eyes moved over my body. "It will be better than any coffee you could bring me."

My mouth fell open as he left. Well, damn. I glanced at my watch. 8:45. Less than 24 hours and I'll be at his mercy. I bit my lip. I couldn't wait.

Minor Trigger WarningGerald“DADDDY! DADDDY! WHERE ARE YOU?” Annie screamed as she ran down the hallway, crying.I jumped to my feet and rushed out of the room. “Annie? What’s wrong?”She waved some papers in the air. “Gerry, look.”She handed me the crumpled papers, and I smoothed them out so I could look at them. I relaxed when I saw the simple math problems on it. I smiled at her.“Do you need help?”She nodded, wiping her nose. I winked at her.“Go get the jelly beans.”She grinned before dashing down the stairs. I went back into my room to prepare for when she got back. I smiled at her when she ran back in, panting and holding up a bag of jelly beans.“I got them. Osprey was trying to eat them. He-”“ANNIE! IF YOU DON’T GIVE THOSE BACK TO ME!” he yelled as he stomped up the stairs. She ran behind me, burying her face in my back. I tensed as I prepared for the hurricane that was our brother. He growled at me as he entered.“Did you tell her to steal my candy!”“No. I was going to

  • Hunting Her Hunters   Bonus Chapter 2: Toya and Hannah

ToyaI smiled at Hannah as Mom and Grandma got us ready. Tonight our daddies were going to go with us to the daddy-daughter dance and we were so excited. Elena and Priscilla had already gone to their dance with their daddies. It was our turn now. I twirled in front of the mirror and giggled when my pretty blue dress flared out around me. I quickly sat down, laughing harder when it created a poofy ball around me.“I love my dress, Mommy!”She dipped her finger into the gel and added some more to the skin between my braids to force stray hairs to behave. She smiled at me.“You are such a little princess, baby. You both are.”I stood next to Hannah, frowning as I looked at our reflections. Her skin was so much paler than mine and our classmates had teased me a lot, saying that we couldn’t be siblings. My eyes filled with tears as I turned back to my mother.“Mom, why do we have to look so different?”She squatted next to me. “What do you mean, sweetie?”“Osprey, Gerald, Scila, Lena, Anni

ElenaI threw the door to Annie and Hannah’s room open. I grinned at them.“I have a cookie for the one that irritates Osprey and Gerald the most.”Annie giggled and shoved Hanna. “That cookie is mine.”Hannah eyed me. “What kind of cookie?”Toya poked her head from around my back before hiding back behind me. “It’s caramel chocolate chip,” she whispered.Priscilla bounced into the room. “I want in but I don’t need the cookie. I’ll do it for free.”I giggled as I high-fived her. “I knew you were my favorite.”I ushered Toya inside before scanning the hallway for our brothers. “I know you have a plan, Scilla. Spill.”Her face split open into a huge evil smile. “Aunt Scarlett is coming over. I say we use her.”My eyes twinkled at her. “Why you little conniving rat! I love it! So what do we do?”She turned to look at Annie and Hannah. “I think we stuff them with sugar and then have our dads rile them up. When they have to vomit, I say we have them go vomit on the boys. It’ll embarrass hi

Epilogue (One year later)ScarlettI smiled when Osprey flung the door open. I held up the plate of peanut butter cookies I had made with him in mind.“I made cookies for dessert,” I murmured, looking down at the ground. He took the plate from me and his hands slid over mine. My eyes shot up to his and he smiled at me. My heart started pounding and my tummy fluttered.“Thank you. Mom made lasagna.”He turned around and I followed him into the house while Aunt Tasha stepped out onto the porch to speak to my parents. We went into the dining room and I glanced around.“Where are your siblings?” I asked.“Out hunting with our fathers.”I played with the tablecloth. “Why didn’t you go?”“I wanted to be here when you got here.”My face heated and I couldn’t help but smile. “You could have gone hunting.”He unwrapped the plate and handed me a cookie. “I did hunt earlier.”I nervously tucked my hair behind my ear. “So, you’re not hungry?”“I am. Would you like a plate? I’ll make you one.”I t

Tasha (2 years later)I smiled at Mona over Falcon’s shoulder as he signed their father’s house over to her. It hadn’t taken much to convince him to do it since he was rarely there anymore anyway. He had moved all his things to Timothy’s house years ago and the sleuth had fully taken over his house in the city under Mona’s watchful eyes. His abilities as alpha had only grown with the other men by his side and now the sleuth was even more prosperous.Mona rushed around the table to hug me.“Thank you, Tasha.”I squeezed her tight. “I didn’t do anything.”“Pfft. I know he would have never given up Dad’s house without you asking him to.”I laughed, patting her back as I met her brother’s eyes. “You give me too much credit.”“I don’t but we can pretend I do.”Falcon took my hand and pulled me close to his side. “Shut up, you brat.”She laughed and kissed his cheek. “You can still come and go as you please.”He glared at her. “You’re damn right I can. I am still the alpha!”She winked at m

  • Hunting Her Hunters   Little Innocent Letti!

Osprey (6 years later)I sprinted back to my house like my parents had told me to after school was let out. I ran into the living room, quickly hugged my mother and deposited my bookbag beside the coffee table. I spun back to the door and rushed towards it when my father stepped in my way.“Where are you going in such a hurry? You just got home.”I stopped, lowering my head. I had learned at any age that any type of attitude would be dominated out of me so it was just easier to submit and pray that I could talk my way into getting what I wanted.“I wanted to walk Scarlett home,” I said softly.“Do you have homework?”“Dad, it’s the first day,” I whined, resisting the urge to stomp my foot.“Do you have homework?” he repeated.I groaned. “I do. I’m going to do it. I just wanted to walk her home first.”My father studied me for a moment before sighing. “If you miss even one homework assignment, I will not allow you to walk her home anymore. Am I understood?”I nodded enthusiastically. “
