Back in the city of Lagos, maestro hadn’t stopped to keep pushing forward with his business in the distribution of product . he had even dared to expand his territorial district , extending into the south ; Nadia’s territory.
He had this sense of achievement now flowing through him Like a pipe of drainage . He felt like he had finally won in the feud between him and Madinni as she had not yet shown any signs of retribution , although he kept his guard up for he knew he could not be so sure about it , and she could as well take him by surprise with a swing of unexpected action without him even seeing it coming.
He swung from right to left on his rotational desk seat , tilting himself in perfect balance as he relaxed his back on it . he exhaled a puff of smoke from his Cuban cigar through the cavity perforated in the mouth region of his mask.
He seemed to be enjoying his own company in solitude and the serenity that came with it.

It took over an hour drive for Nena and Lucile to arrive at the Johnson’s home. Lucile’s parents were already there awaiting their arrival for a minute now.They reached the compound and Nena parked her vehicle at their garage. Lucile was the first person that elated the vehicle and Nena followed suite a minute later. Both their faces were pale, obviously from the confession that Lucile had just shared earlier while In the car. Nena was filled with rage.The realisation that she had just convicted the wrong person of a heinous crime and sent him away for a very long time didn’t sit right with her at all. Down at the district police station where Nadia Madinni had been apprehended and was now being held, the police were judicious about their normal activities and had not yet been able to begin her questioning yet. They just detained her in the interrogation room in the hopes that she would get anxious till her brain blows out but to their disappointment, she didn’t.As a matter of fact, the reverse was the case here. the police detective who had captured her stepped into the room and found her staring sternly at the wall in front of her while placing her cuffed hands on the table.The detective stared at her curiously, Nadia was silent as he expected but she looked rather too composed for a felon. She was in a hurry after she had learned the full details of the new development on the maestro case through a phone call she made the previous night with Jasper.She knew there was much work to do and she had to be present in the interrogation of their newly apprehended suspect Nadia Madinni. Nadia had come up several times in their investigation for the kingpin case but like maestro, they had very little to convict her with.Nena sat silently on the plane, wondering what the turn out of their interrogation with the suspect would look like. Seated on a chair back down his underground business lair, maestro watched little victoria with close attention. Of course, He had his mask on as usual but little victoria was looking rather too unbothered by it .'she must have gotten used to me by now' maestro thought to himself quietly whilst still gazing Down upon her.Zeke had just entered the room along with two other soldiers who had just returned from the hit earlier that night.Even though maestro had his mask on, it was still very evident that behind that mask, a very angry face.It appeared that he was disappointed that he wasn't able to kill Nadia tonight when he had the chance he had long been hoping for.He sat backwards on his chair behind his work desk, still fixing his eye balls sternly and deeply at the little Madinni who sat quietly across the table with her hands zipcuffed together by a zip knot. He obviously was wondering what to do with her this time around.
