"Mom, I can't believe you joined them too!"
Shelly chuckled as her mother gave an innocent look.
"What are you talking about, darling?"
Shelly rolled her eyes at her mom. She could have almost passed for an innocent woman but she knew her better to know she was among the pranksters.
They--her mom and her friends had played an annoying prank on her. A prank that consisted of making her run through the entire house looking for her phone!
Her mom had tried teasing her into telling her what had happened between her and Kol but she insisted nothing had happened only for a text message to pop up on the screen of her phone.
It was a text from Kol. She had rushed to reply to it only to have the phone rudely snatched from her hands by none other than Kiara! And now, she was nowhere to be found.
