CHANTERS#19

A rude knock on the door brought me back from oblivion. I jerked up in caution and sighed when I realized it was just a knock. I sat upright on the bed and yawned loudly, too lazy to move. Then, the knock became heavier and more rude.

Moved to anger, I zoomed downstairs and headed straight to the door, intending to rip off the head of the person. I opened the door, revealing a boy with shiny black hair, which went down well with a pair of black eyes. He looked enraged in his black leather.

"If you do not tell me who you are in the next five seconds, I will rip off your head and feed it to the creatures of the forest," I threatened.

He didn't look moved by my ghastly threat. This thrilled me, and I smiled.

"I am Jackson Waters, the stand-in Alpha of the celestial pack, and I am here to get Zack which I believe you are in possession of," he introduced sternly.

I laughed aloud. This was certainly amusing, and I couldn't resist the laughter as it echoed inside the empty house.
