Mag-log in*Eric*
Last night was truly amazing. I usually have a good time at the club, but not like that. Not enough to take someone home. I’d been so stressed and busy lately that I had to let off some steam, so when my friends suggested I go to the club with them, I didn’t want to turn them down. Not that I ever really do, but that’s beside the point. When I saw that woman walk into the club in that dress, my eyes set on her and never left. I knew I had to have her. The way the lights danced across her sun-kissed skin and the way her hips and ass moved to the music intrigued me even more. I had to make a move. So when I saw an empty seat next to her at the bar, I had to seize the opportunity. She was stunning, even inebriated; she had looked beautiful. When I walked up to her, she smelled even better than I thought. Her scent was intoxicating. Notes of vanilla and cashmere. I was enchanted at that point. She was very easy to talk to and interesting as well. I was surprised to be having an actual conversation with someone who wasn’t so superficial as the rest of the girls I’ve met. She was also very good at banter. That had to be the best part; she could joke too. I didn’t want to let her go just yet; I wanted more of her time, so I invited her to dance. I was more than happy she agreed. I didn’t quite expect to get as hard as I did when she danced on me. When she didn’t move away from me, it only made me want her more. You can only imagine the excitement I had when I offered to take her home, and she left with me. It was a fantasy come true. The entire ride home, all I could do was picture her riding my face as she shifted in the seat, exposing more of her thigh tattoo. Damn that dragon wrapped around her thigh nestled in flowers drove me insane. I could barely contain myself. Stepping through the threshold of my door, I only had one thing on my mind: to taste her. Every bit she’d let me put in my mouth. After helping her to the couch, I was going to wait and just let her sit for a while. Then she kissed me, and all sense of decency went out the window. I wanted to devour her. With her consent, of course. I don’t think pussy is exactly worth going to jail for, so I was elated when she agreed to fuck me. She tasted so sweet in my mouth that it was better than I imagined. Her shivering against my lips just fueled my desire even more. I wanted to slide in and take my time talking her through it, but I was so excited and a bit buzzed to wait. I hate I didn’t have enough energy to make her cum until the sun came up, but what I did get was amazing. I can’t even explain how good it was. I need more. I opened my eyes and stretched, hoping to see the woman who gave me a happy ending in the daylight, only to be seriously disappointed when she wasn’t there next to me like she was when I went to sleep. I was really looking forward to continuing what we started. Like I said, I needed some more of that. “FUCK”, I yelled as I got up to look and see if she could still be here. I became annoyed upon realizing she’d left without a trace. No phone number or social media. I didn’t even get a name. How the fuck did I not get her name?! How am I supposed to track her down now? I felt defeated as I rubbed my hands down my face in frustration. Before my thoughts could overtake me, my phone rang. It was my sister. “Hello?” “Eww, Eric, why do you sound so gross?” “What does that even mean?” “Anyway, I finally did it.” “Yay?….Did what exactly?” “I left. Well, I’m leaving Josh.” Josh is my sister’s boyfriend and child’s father. At one point, they were engaged until he started drinking and putting his hands on her. I’d thought the final straw would’ve been when he knocked my niece out of her hands when she was a baby after hitting my sister. I’d beat his ass over that, but she still went back. It was hard to protect Kacie when she’d always return to him, so as of late, I’ve left her to figure it out. And just like always, I ended up in her mess. “To do what?” “Aren’t you the least bit happy that I’m finally getting away from him? You’ve been preaching about it all these years. I thought you’d be happy.” “I’m sorry, Kacie. I’m just a bit frustrated right now, but yes, of course, I’m very happy you finally listened. What’s your plan, though?” “What’s got your panties in a bunch?” “Kacie… I said trying to hold back my agitation. “It’s not about me right now. What’s your plan?” “Ugh, I don’t know, E. I may go back to live with Mom and Dad, or I was hoping I could stay with you. At least for the time being until I get a place of my own.” “And what about Kayla?” “I’ve been looking at a school near you that seems really good for her, and I was thinking… maybe you could help drop her off or pick her up while I work.” “Work?!” “Oh, don’t give me that. Yes, I just landed a new job that’s in your area, so I won’t be too far.” “From who?!” “From you and Kayla in case of emergencies.” I tried to act surprised, but deep down, Kacie was always like this. She’d make hasty decisions and just expect someone to help her at the drop of a dime. Don’t get me wrong, I love her and my niece, and I don’t mind helping, but a little heads up wouldn’t hurt either. “Goodness, Kace, when were you going to tell me? I feel a little bombarded.” “Come on, brother, please! You can’t possibly expect me to live with Mom and Dad. They’re unbearable and still strict. I can’t live under those conditions. I’m not a child anymore.” “How long are you planning to stay?” “Indefinitely.” “Ugh,” I grunted. “Whatever you love me”, she replied jokingly. “If you see a sock on the door, respect it and don’t eat all of my cereal”, I laughed. “Seriously, E, you’re so gross.” “Whatever you love me”, I said mockingly. “I’ll bring the truck to get your stuff.” “OK, thank you so much! See you soon!” After we hung up, I went to go take a shower in hopes of not only getting clean, but also to keep my mind from wandering.*ERIC* After Jamira showed up, I can’t lie, I felt better about all the stuff that’s been going on lately. She stayed a while to talk and help with filing a few things for me. I actually like having her here. She’s really helpful. After going through a few cases and finishing up on two of them, I decided I needed a break. I went to go to Walt’s office. Once I got to the door, Dina, yet again was all in Walt’s face. She was sitting on the armrest of his chair with her hand on his chest. Seriously, what do these two do all day? “Dina, leave!” She hesitated and looked between us before running out of his office. Walt threw his hands up and grunted. “Why?” “Dina’s not worth the distraction.” Walt just stared at me a few seconds before returning back to work. “Hey, so I was wondering how Kacie was settling into her new place?” He paused. “Wouldn’t know anything about it.” “How was she when you helped her move the last of it?” “Fine.” “I called and she tri
*JAMIRA* Ayana and I talked and laughed as she recounted the events from her date and everything that happened afterwards. That girl still hadn’t changed. “Okay, but why didn’t you call me? I would’ve picked you up.” “Girl you too busy playing house with that man all up in your business.” “You see where that got me.” We both laughed. “Speaking of that, how’s the baby?” “He’s fine. I’m just ready for him to come already.” “Just hang in there girl.” I smiled. It’s amazing how a simple phrase can make you feel better than you did before. Even though I was happy to be talking to Ayana, my mind stayed on Eric. Ever since Kacie left he’s been down in the dumps. I thought if I surprised him at work, he’d feel at least a little better. Then Walt was acting strange like he didn’t want to be bothered. Eric would never say it, but I could tell he felt that the whole interaction was…off. “Hello, hello?” Her voice pulled me away from my thoughts. For a moment I’d fo
*ERIC* The move was not only bittersweet, but it made the condo feel bigger in a way I hadn’t imagined possible. The commotion in the morning, the laughter, even the routine I’d gotten accustomed to were all nonexistent now. I sat on the couch watching the game when Jamira came and sat next to me. She took my hand into hers and looked at me for a while before speaking. “You know we should do something nice for Kacie.” I nodded my head not fully processing what she was saying. She didn’t press the issue. I’m glad she didn’t. She just motioned for me to lift my legs up and started massaging my feet. That did more than I expected, actually. It was like most of the tension that had been building over the months was finally starting to ease. The rest of it melted away when I got in the shower. The water ran down my body and took my troubles with it. When I got out I found Jamira had already fallen asleep. I slid in next to her, not trying to wake her up. That night
*AYANA* “Ayana, if you don’t go back in the house and change, we’re not going anywhere.” “What’s wrong with it?” “If I show you what’s wrong with it, we’ll never make it out.” I rolled my eyes at him. Whose dad is this man? For the record, it’s nothing but a little cleavage. Sometimes the titty is the outfit. I thought it was cute. I stepped out in a denim mini skirt with a corset top and a nice pair of heels. I will admit that top was a size or two too small, but that’s because I wanted that lift. Jeremy didn’t appreciate it. He’s always thinking these thirsty dudes are looking at me. I keep telling him that’s none of his concern. He just keeps insisting on telling me to change my clothes. I went inside and found a cute bodycon dress that stopped mid-thigh. It was red with black straps. I paired it with a black leather jacket and my black chunky heels. When I stepped outside, he smirked and gave his ‘nod of approval’. He opened my door and helped me into my seat. “
*CHRIS* The next day, I went into work with dinner still on my mind. I never knew my mom was in such a state. She seemed perfectly fine when she came to visit me at the hospital. She even helped me around the room during my recovery. I hadn’t known she’d been lying. Neither did I know that she lied to my dad too. I wondered what else they weren’t telling me since I left last night. That unsettling flutter in my stomach hadn’t left either. It’s safe to say I didn’t sleep. Between me trying to find Mira and worrying about my mom, I might be on the verge of losing my mind myself. I didn’t talk to my dad about it because it was already late, so I ended up leaving, but I intended to talk to him about it today. The morning rush came early, and we were all busy trying to get everyone in and out. It wasn’t until around one o’clock that I was able to get enough breathing room to go address things. I went down the hall and knocked on his door. “Come in.” I walked in and sa
*CHRIS* For weeks I’ve been working to escape my own thoughts of Jamira. She really thinks I’m going to just lay down and accept the fact that she wants to leave? She has life all fucked up. The last time we spoke I made sure to let her know this wasn’t over. I intend to show her exactly what I mean. I’d been riding past her school looking for her for a week just to finally call and find out she doesn’t even work there anymore. That made my mission to find her harder, but not impossible. The following week I rode around and when I went to get some gas, I just so happened to catch her bald-headed ass friend Ayana. I made sure she didn’t notice me by sliding a little down in my seat when she exited the car. She was with a medium-built, medium-brown man with dreads and just a few inches taller than her. I wanted to throw my shoe at the back of her head. It took all of ten minutes for them to come out and get in the car. I waited another five minutes before I left. I
