Learning the truth about Elena's breakout

Marco paced around in his office with a look of disappointment on his face, it was dark already but he wasn’t ready to go home. Today didn’t go as planned, he had hoped to take the bull by its horn by arresting Leonardo as a suspect on the charges of theft, illegal drug deals and homicide.

Well, he had just little evidence thanks to Elena’s confession, but he hoped to make more out of it. He knew that he wouldn’t be able to prosecute the heir of such a business empire with a street girl’s mere confession, but if he had brought him in for questioning, he might have given them something that could be used against them.

But now, instead of getting those results, he had pissed a lot of people off tonight by attacking the son of the famous Salvatore family, it was never his plan and the first gunshot fired was neither by his permission.

The guns were only held up to try and intimidate Leonardo into following them peacefully, but one of his men had lost grip and fired in the air by accident
