Chapter 10 Liked Him Secretly in Her Heart

In a clothes store.

Su Ziyue was sitting on the sofa with a magazine in her hand but her mind was drifting away.

During the four years abroad, she did not pay close attention to any news of Gong Zeyang, nor did she meet him. However, she did not expect that she would meet him under such a situation.

Knowing that Gong Zeyang was engaged to Su Yige, Su Ziyue had a clear estimation of herself, so she only liked him secretly in her heart.

It was said that they were going to hold the wedding ceremony very soon.

The sales lady came and slightly bent down. “Ma’am, your husband has got changed. How do you think about it?” she asked respectfully.

Salespersons were always sophisticated. They knew that women were very picky so when they saw a couple come to buy clothes, they would please the woman guest first. As long as the woman was happy and pleased, the man would buy the clothes out of vanity, no matter how expensive they were.

“Well, okay…”, Su Ziyue came to herself and raised her head. Next second, she saw Qin Muchen who was standing in front of the mirror, looking at her.

It seemed that Qin Muchen liked black very much. The first time when Su Ziyue met him, he was in a black shirt. Today, he was also in a black shirt and even the shirt he picked was also black.

Qin Muchen was tall, and about 1.9 meters by the look of him. He was completely a perfect model for clothes so he looked great in anything.

“How about this?” Qin Muchen had planned to get in the fitting room and put it off but he noticed her staring at him for quite a while so he asked for her opinion.

Su Ziyue also realized that she had stared at him for too long, so she perfunctorily answered, “Well, it is… okay. But, maybe another color would be better.”

Looking around, she picked a white one and asked, “Would you like to try the white one?”

Qin Muchen slightly frowned but still, he took the white one and went to the fitting room.

As soon as the fitting room was closed, Su Ziyue breathed a sigh of relief and sat back on the sofa. However, before she got fully relaxed, Gong Zeyang suddenly rushed in and pulled her out.

Gong Zeyang did not let go of her till they got to an empty stairway. His voice was full of disappointment. “Ziyue, when did you become like this?”

“What did Su Yige tell you?”

Hearing what Gong Zeyang said, Su Ziyue quickly guessed that Su Yige must tell something bad about her to him.

Connecting with what happened a few days ago, her face suddenly turned to pale white.

Sometimes, Su Ziyue really felt curious that why Su Yige would go against her for everything. Su Yige was already more favored than her both in Su Clan and outside the home.

Gong Zeyang knotted his eyebrows with dissatisfaction and said, “Yige is your cousin. She cares about you. Why can’t you understand her care for you?”

“Her care for me?” Su Ziyue could not help but smile ironically, “She did care about me very much. She cared about how to torture me very much! And you always believed what she said only!”

“Su Ziyue!” Gong Zeyang looked sullen. He did not understand why such an obedient girl in childhood would become so stubborn after grown-up.

Suddenly, Su Ziyue felt so pathetic. She really did not know why she would have been liking Gong Zeyang for so many years.

“She said I stole money from home and you believed her! She said I aborted a child and you also believed her! No matter what she said, you always believed her! Now that you already have your judgment, why do you still come for me?” she yelled.

Su Ziyue thought of Qin Muchen being angry to grab journalists’ cameras. Seeing Gong Zeyang once more, she suddenly felt that she was not into him anymore.

“You…” Gong Zeyang was speechless to answer her questions. He had to explain in a low voice, “Yige has been simple and kind since childhood. She will not tell lies. And I also believe that you will not act like your father…”

“Shut up!” Su Ziyue was trembling out of anger.

‘So… this is the reason you choose to believe Su Yige!

I have a father in jail so no matter how Su Yige framed me, you would always believe what Su Yige said and you would never believe me even once!

Gong Zeyang also noticed that he said something irreversible. But in the environment where he grew up, it was impossible for him to apologize so he had no way but continue explaining, “Actually, if it was not because of your father, in my heart, I…”
