Chloe’s POV

I turned my back on them and walked towards the direction Devin and I passed by a moment ago.

I walked a few paces and stopped, tilting my neck, I stared at Devin. "Honey, send me breakfast, if not, you would see your precious mate's corpse lying on the cold floor." His body shivered at my words, he struggled to control the wave of fierce emotions he felt.

"That girl is quite disrespectful, no one has ever talked to Devin in such a rude manner before." Devin's mother muttered, like though in a trance and unable to accept reality.

A thrill washed over me. Causing trouble the moment I stepped into a any place has always been my forte.

I chuckled and waved my arm at them, 'I'm gonna leave here the moment I finish getting something to eat. Or I'm gonna die of starvation.
