VALERIE

Bianca pushed away the plate of pasta, sighing loudly.

“Why don't you eat something, you look so pale," she muttered for the third time since I woke up.

Ever since I woke up, my mind had been fixed on Omar. I was filled with guilt, anger, and concern.

What could become of him? Why did he get trapped in such a mess?

“I wonder how he is doing," I said, absentmindedly. Bianca raised her brows and shot her head backward, perhaps wondering who I was talking about.

“Who is that?" She questioned.

“Omar. I wonder how Omar is doing. He was castrated and…"

“What are you saying?" Bianca snapped, her eyes widening in surprise.

“Don't tell me you're thinking about the wellbeing of that monster after what he put you through. He almost raped you!" Bianca bellowed, throwing her hands in the air.

“He didn't do anything like that on his own; he was being controlled," I defended him, but Bianca only pursed her lips and shook her head in disbelief.

“Your behavior is unbelievable!" Bianca snappe
