My eyes shot open immediately and I turned around to see what had become of me. How was I going to deal with this new life? I was filled with so much hate and disgust for him even though I did not understand what was going on with me anymore. I had no idea of where I was and how I had gotten there. Nowhere seemed familiar. It was a big beautiful room with a plate of food on the table that was opposite me. It filled my nostrils immediately but I could not dare to try to eat. The morning sun beam peeked through the clouds and penetrated the thin curtain with which my windows had been covered, it’s golden light shining directly on my face. I groaned as I turned lazily to the other side of the bed but the morning birds were not left out as well as they carried on with their early morning ritual of chirping. Muttering some inaudible words, I stood up lazily but I was greeted by the pain from my wrist. I winced in pain as I looked at the wrist again. I had totally forgotten about it.I let out a sigh as I sat up slowly and stretched before rolling my eyes to the left and to the right again as an exercise for my eyes. I wanted to call on to him but I decided not to. I had no idea why he was upset. What could have possibly gone wrong with him? I let out a soft moan as I felt so uncomfortable. My head ached and so did every other part of my body. I tried to open my eyes but the reflection from the sun made it a bit difficult so I turned to the other side of the bed.
